South and central American food. Good place to visit for meat and seafood lovers.This place is always clean. Staff is super friendly and come around to see how your doing. Most plates are between $15-25. The portions are good size. And waiting time is short. The food itself is delicious and well seasoned. I recommend the Lomo saltado for $15.99 And the Cucumber juice with Chia for $3.99. very good. Overall from 1-10 , I give this experience an 9.

Terrible first experience and i will not recommend this place for anyone. That is the last and final time i will be stepping foot in that restaurant. Me and my family went to this restaurant on 5/7 at around 7pm. We ordered our food and waited one hour and 30 minutes for it to arrive but it never did. We got fed up and decided to leave without getting served because they took way too long. Never have i left a restaurant without eating, so this was extremely disappointing. The buffet Cicis Pizza that was there before this restaurant was 10x better.

I’m so impressed with this menu and restaurant. It’s the only place locally that I’ve found papusas, and all three versions are delicious! The servings sizes are huge and filling. I’ve eaten here several times and each time the food has been consistently delicious. It’s quickly becoming our favorite restaurant in town.

Las Brasas is a lovely restaurant with an authentic South American atmosphere. The establishment is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has high standards and the customer service is immaculate. This was the best food that I have had at a restaurant in quite a while.

Something’s definitely different. First tried the food 8 months ago and it was great. For the most part, the issues have typically been long wait times. The orders have always been placed online and it takes at least 50-60 minutes. On one occasion the elotes were packaged in flimsy styrofoam containers that did not support the weight, so it spilled in the plastic bag and car.Today, nothing I had was right. The pork carnitas were dry, overcooked and had extra fat mixed in. I received 4 1/2 yuca fritas and 4 overcooked plantains as sides. Even the tortillas were different and looked like Mission brand shells instead of the thinner ones they served in the past.The store attempted to resolve the order once I brought it back, but the second entree was not good either. It wasn’t dry, but it was still overcooked with spicy onions and limes added. I didn’t return the plantains or eat the remaining 3. I just ended up eating the fuller batch of fries as my meal after having lost the taste for the other food. Since I didn’t pickup my meal, I accept some responsibility for it not being immediately returned. I will not make that mistake again. Decided I’ll take a break until next year to see if reviews improve.

MY DISCLOSURE 3.5 Stars!!!This establishment gives a different spin on the Spanish culture food. Not your tyical just refeied beans, yellow rice and some enchiladas thrown on a plate. The atmosphere is clean, alive and so colorful. You're going to definitely smile. The staff were friendly and pleasant.Sadly I wasn't too impressed with the food that didn't seem too authentic or flavorful. Like all eateries, the economy calls for less to be delivered. Overall I appreciate the services of the owner and their staff but this is not one of my more desirable Mexican cuisines.Remember people, smile often, do good & be grateful.

Good Experience Here. This Place Is Everything Central And South America. Food Had Good Flavor. The Place Is A Little Loud. So If You Want A Nice Quiet Place , Then This Place Is Not It. Good Variety Of Meat Plates And Good Variety Of Drinks. The Experience Was Overall Good.

Dont be put off by the plaza restaurant exterior, this is truly Central American deliciousness.From the chicharrones to the smokiness of the meat to the fresh tortillas, it is a taste explosion.
Por casualidad fui hoy y no puedo decir mas que que ricoooooo, probe de todos los platillos que ordenaron en nuestra mesa y no me puedo quejar!!!! Me encanto! la mesera muy atenta y amable, meseras asi se necesitan en lugares donde uno va a botat el estress!! Los tacos de pescado brutalea y la torta de platano no se ni que decir, estaba deliciosa! Se los recomiendo 100 por ciento!!!!

Phenomenal food! Great service! Highly recommend! The food is actually served as it is portrayed in the photos on the menu. (What a rarity!) Its visually appealing as well as delicious! I wish I took photos to share but didn’t think about it at the time.

What a breath of fresh air to the Knightdale restaurant scene. You are greeted with wonderful bright colors and the furniture is painted in the Latino culture. We had such a wonderful meal! Everything was cooked wonderful and well size portions and authentic South American food! The homemade Chicharrones and salsa were very tasty. We started off with a few ears of street corn and it was delicious. The margaritas were great and not oversized. We had 2 families and tried a little bit of everything and such a treat. We ate and ordered way too much and it was all good but next time we know what to order. We had carnitas and many other dishes. I know this place will be hard to get into in a couple of weeks after it catches on. I felt sorry for the 1 waitress but she did an awesome job! My only main complaint was there was NO WIFI! We couldn't post or anything and we got no signal. Can't wait to go back to such a wonderful addition to Knightdale!
