On 3/1 I ordered on the app at 5:52. I arrived at 6:40 (scheduling my pickup for 6:30) only to wait in line.... Remember "Hot and Ready"???? Thing of the past. The employees were arguing in the kitchen, customer facing, about not filling orders in the order they were received. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting, I asked to speak with someone. Lori came out from the kitchen and told me to wait a few more minutes. Meanwhile, still arguing. Other guests were upset over wait times...read full review
Lifted the box lid and majority of the cheese was on the lid! Never again!!!
