Saltgrass Steak House

Way too much up sale from our waitress and when we got the bill it was even incorrect. It just wasn't the service expected when you are spending $200 for dinner. It's a shame because the food itself was good however, the service needs some work. It was also very warm inside a bit unpleasant, I think they had an issue with their A/C unit. Based on our not so great experience we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Good food and good service. I sat at the counter on fathers day and they were bustling. They handled the large crowd well, and supervisors were busy at work just like the workers. I will be back! ORDER THE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK!!!

Food was delicious, our waiter I can’t remember her name, was amazing! She’s the reason this is getting 5 stars, I really wish I could remember her name.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Saltgrass, thanks to our amazing waitress, Sheresa. Even though the restaurant was busy, she went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. It’s not always easy waiting on a table with a toddler in tow, but Sheresa handled our energetic crew with patience, grace, and genuine kindness. Her attentiveness and professionalism truly made our night. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Sheresa, for making our visit so enjoyable!

This was our first time visiting Saltgrass Steak House, and we were so impressed! I brought my boys for lunch today, and everything about the experience was wonderful, especially our amazing waitress, Andrea. She was super welcoming, friendly, attentive, and just the sweetest person. Her warm, happy energy made us feel right at home.

All of the food was absolutely delicious. The cheesecake and chocolate cake were divine. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Andrea, for making our first visit such a great one!

The food has improved since I started going to Saltgrass. The food wasn't bad but now its really good. I usually get the chicken and sometimes it would be chewy. However, recently within the past couple months, it's been very tender. The main reason I go to Saltgrass, though, is because of Jessica. I ALWAYS ask for her. I don't think I would go if she wasn't there. She creates a rapport with her customers and likes to make sure everything is perfect.

The food was average. Everything was average and, therefore, way overpriced, in my opinion. The steak was average and could be made better at home.Not a restaurant i would bother to return to.

Great Food, But Be Ready to Wait

Had a mostly great experience at this restaurant, especially if you’re a steak lover. Their steaks are easily a 4/5—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The bread was also a standout, fresh and perfectly baked. For the quality of the food, the price felt fair and justified.

The one drawback? The service was slow. It took quite a while for someone to take our drink orders, even longer to place our food order, and the food itself took a while to come out. If they could tighten up the service, this place would easily be 5 stars. But if you have the time and patience, it’s worth the wait!

When we got there we were told, along with several others that left, it was a 45 minute wait. We only waited 5 minutes which was great. I should have realized that the wait was going to be for the food to get to the table cold. The steak was nasty and I could not even eat mine and brought it home to the dogs. Very disappointed especially with the cost ! 2 trips in 1. First and last
