The black male manager on duty tonight refused to give me a refill on my drink after receiving my food that I had to wait 20 minutes although no one else was ahead of me. In addition, he was very unprofessional as he walked away mid conversation seeming he wasn’t concerned with furthering my service. I would not recommend visiting if you want to spend your hard earned money with ideal customer satisfaction.

Good for fast food. Sometimes I get told the food is cooking so pull-up to the first window and wait. End up waiting like 10 minutes usually. Food comes out and is decent and hot. So no real complaints.

There is nothing I love more than spending $13 dollars on a meal that I don't receive. At this point, I should know to check the bag before I drive home. Tried to call to get a refund but they won't pick up.

This is just pretty much a traditional McDonald's. About 25% of the time, they get your order wrong. About half the people that work here are really nice and the other half...not quite so much. It's probably a lot like every other McDonald's you've ever been in. It is kept clean and is in a safe part of town.

My food was fine, but I ordered a cup of water and they gave me a 5 or 6 ounce cup filled with ice. I may have had two ounces of water. How am I supposed to eat a meal with no more fluid than that?

Hash brown was greasy and sausage and egg mcgriddle was dry and sausage had several pieces of gristle that would not chew up. The vanilla latte was so sweet I could not drink it.

Please train staff and managers how to correctly do a split payment and if they don’t understand they shouldn’t blatantly ignore what I’m asking them to do even after me and the team member told them what I needed done.

Placed an order at that location and they said theu just didn’t have it. Correct location, correct pickup method, no food. Didn’t offer any compensation or any solutions. Tried to call the store… number didnt work.

The manager and the cashiers here were so rude and nasty.
No name but ks#13 at 10:28am on March 1st the guy wouldn’t get the manger went asked nicely. Literally looked at us and said “okay” repeatedly to everything we said. Went to the second window and still no manager. Had us pull up and wait and no manager. This place sucks.
