Came in and the store manager Lee was super friendly and nice. She greeted us with a big smile made sure we got our food fast and hot. Definitely will be coming back and thank you McDonald’s for having people like her with an outstanding customer service!

I recently visited the McDonald's in Knightdale, and I had the pleasure of being served by Kaylee. Her service was amazing! she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It's rare to encounter such warm and thoughtful service now and days, and Kaylee really went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and dedication to providing great service. Highly recommend visiting this location if you want a friendly and welcoming experience!

I give one star because every EVERY EVERY EVERY time I come here they pull me and other cars it’s so annoying but you see other people flowing through the drive thru. It’s 100000% unnecessary all them dang people in that restaurant back there working and you still have to get pulled and WAIT unfortunately it’s 30 secs from my house. You can order a French Fry they will pull you

Double drive thru line is helpful but if you order 40 or 20 nuggets you get stuck waiting in the drive thru - even for mobile orders. French fries are fresh 90 % of the time. The ice cream machine is never down. Shocking! Workers are nice. One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

Service is so bad. Staff is slow during the day. I’ve had to come in often for delivery orders and the workers will actively avoid you, let the order sit there and avoid the front. Even when you try to be polite and let them know you’re waiting for an order they will not let you know when it’s ready. They don’t leave it on the mobile pickup shelf either so I don’t know do better.
I would do anything for a 24/7 McDonald’s / more vegan / gluten free options / lastly to BRING BACK THE SNACK WRAPS ! 😌😍😇 I could eat here Daily !

Absolutely ridiculous. They messed up my entire order (not sure how wasn’t complicated) and when I asked for sauce the lady working said oh I don’t have it and just walked away. Customer service is absolutely awful. Very disappointed.
