This restaurant used to get my order perfect and now no matter what they get at least one thing wrong even if it’s as simple as giving me a straw. This last Time I failed to see how a 10 piece McNugget is apparently a mcChicken. Laziness is all I see.

Last 2 trips there to get breakfast have been terrible. Both times my order was wrong and the last time(4/23/24), I caught it and got a refund. The manager(Esperanza) acted like she didn’t speak English when confronted about the mistakes and did nothing to try and make it right! There is no leadership here! Save the headache and dine elsewhere.

Always a bit of a wait for food and the staff seems unhappy. Today it took 15 minutes to get my to go order. Nothing difficult, 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown. Got home to find out they still managed to get the order wrong and gave me a sausage and cheese biscuit. The cheese tastes weird and is very unappetizing. My fault for not checking I guess.Side note, don't start choking here. Not sure how helpful calling Information will be but that's what they have posted.

All that we want is GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE, CLEAN, reasonable Priced and reasonable speed of service... this McDonald's kept that tradition. OTHER THAN the young woman at the window, she just opened the window shoved out our food at shut the window, I said thank ( BAM!!!) shut the window. No thank you, no have a nice evening, I didn't know that was it or not for our service

Rude Mexican staff.. Receiving my online order was like pulling teeth (paid online with order confirmation on phone). I almost turned up in there lol. See, McDonald's is a 5 star restaurant to a Mexican, so they're arrogantly working their dream job. Audacity. Uugghh.

Asked for three creams in a large coffee, Got coffee only 80 percent full and tasted like half creamer could hardly taste coffee.

Worst service ever...went there give the cashier my code he typed it in wrong so the app wanted me to wait 15 minutes to use another mind you I had to get to work...the Manger was very unhelpful and refused to do anything about the situation

As long as you wait 1-10 minutes to slide then it's fine and the food was
Good food, fast and accurate service, decent atmosphere. Line was long at the drive thru so went inside and got quick service.Parking: Busy place so get your parking when you see an open spot!

Honestly, the only crew that's competent are the middle aged Spanish ladies. They work it out. Every other crew gets something in the order wrong every damn time. In my nearly 40 years on this planet, if you order a number __, that has always meant the combo. It certainly meant that when I worked in fast food, unless the customer specified otherwise. And the high schoolers? They should be ashamed of themselves. How do they get outperformed by a group of ladies who's second language is English??? You hear them communicating in Spanish back and forth but they are always on point!
