The meats looked old. The 3 employees were unfriendly and acted like they just didn’t care about anything.my food stayed on the grill a little too long and got a little too dark but nobody cared. He partially wrapped pans put it in a bag with some chips.This was my first and last time coming there

I rather go to Chipotle from now on I get more for your money not less for the same price . Never again will I be going here unless I wanna give free money out

Asked me what I wanted in my burrito in a weird and confusing order. Asked if I wanted onions and corn before asking about rice and beans. I said yes to the onions, meaning the raw diced ones, instead they loaded it with the cooked onions and peppers.

Had to repeat myself multiple times every time they asked something, like they weren't listening for my answers. Odd.

Jose at Moe’s was extremely helpful over the phone, answered all my questions, and made sure my order was correct before it went out for delivery. Everything arrived tasting fresh and really good. Great customer service all around!

Went to moes for dinner on a Tuesday night, should have kept my money ! The customer service horrible! The man gave me a half scoop of chicken on my bowl I had more cheese than anything ! The sauce bar was disgusting 🤢 the rice was hard and not cooked fully ! 0 out of 10 don’t recommend !

It’s nice eating Moe’s when I visit NC, but this time it sucked. Dude literally looked at me and served me like 6 little pieces of chicken in my Stack. $13 dollars was wasted.

Convenient location. But...tonight most of the tables inside were dirty as well as the sauce bar. Some of the booth seats had large tears. The soda machine was out of Coke. They forgot the cheese on 1 of 4 of our burritos and they were very skimpy with the rest of the toppings on all 4 burritos. 1 of our cups of queso had a hair in it. The prices are higher than they should be. The red salsa and also the queso do not taste as good as they used to. They also no longer offer plain diced tomato nor cucumber as a topping like they used to. We are certainly not going to return to this location.

The best part of tonight's experience was the fact that at least it had a sanitation grade in the 90s.
Service: With Three employees out front, six people in line and a pile of to go orders, all the manager could do was tell the one employee to stop serving those in line and start taking care of the to-go orders. At that point, he returned to the back of the restaurant.
Cleanliness: everything about the store needs attention....from the windows to the bathrooms. Torn upholstery, paint, etc.

Uses the smallest ladle for their queso just to up charge you for extra…. STOP SCAMMING! And clean up the place a bit…
