The staff is amazing. Luc is always kind and remembers my wife and kids' names. My wife's birthday is on May 5th, and she made sure she was first in line to get a promotional shirt every year. This last promotion, my wife was super pregnant, and they made sure she got a shirt.
The food is always good, even when we put in an online order. I think there are a lot of good places to eat in Knightdale, but the staff at this location makes it one of the best spots for my family.

Should have stuck with my gut and went Chipotle, the food was nasty and I paid extra for white meat on my chicken bowl and she barely put any chicken in the bowl, I should've walked out then...never again

Sticker on the fridge says if the employees don’t say the “welcome to Moes” three times they don’t get tips for the day.
Won’t support a business that holds money hostage from people that already aren’t getting paid what they deserve.
The food was good..we got the bowls...they cut the chips in half..not happy about that..we ended up using chips we had at home. They do not give you enough queso sauce. I refuse to pay for an extra container.

Moe's has lost their mind withe these prices. 18 bucks for a mid burrito I won't be coming back
I usually frequent moes, but lately, all the rice and beans are rock hard, the food has almost no flavor, and the prices continue to rise...last trip here I waited 20 minutes with my kid before even getting my order in because the ladies were making online orders....while having a line of people....it was wild.
