New York Diner is a fabulous diner with delicious breakfast food. My wife and I have been a few times for breakfast and it's been excellent every time. The French toast is fluffy and crisp on the outside.
It's nice now that they have the full building after the pizza place moved out.
Highly recommend for breakfast and we will have to try lunch sometime soon.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a party of 6 for breakfast. One person in our party is a veteran who lost his leg and requires a wheelchair. They seated us at a table for 4 next to the bathroom. When I asked if we could move to the larger empty table, the answer was NO! That table is for 8 only! The restaurant was 2/3 empty and nobody was waiting and plenty of seats. I asked one more time nicely and he said NO again. When I told him we couldn't fit and needed the bigger table, otherwise we would need to go somewhere else. He said fine, just leave! He then proceeded to argue with us all the way out the door saying it's the rules and too bad! I have personally recommended this place to at least 50 people but never again will they see a single one of us. I give them a big fat Zero rating.

One of our favorite places for breakfast. The service is excellent and so is the food. We never have a long wait to be seated or for our meal to arrive. The food is always fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend.

I didn't realized how bad the food and pricing here is until I visited other diners on a recent trip. At other diners, the food is all made with fresh ingredients and the pricing is great. Here, they use a lot of frozen, low-grade food and the prices are not too far from that at a full restaurant. The chicken alone is highly processed in a thick crust and it doesn't even taste like chicken. We became tired of eating low-grade food at high prices and have largely stopped going. At other diners, the servers are constantly going around refilling everyone's coffee cups to the point you have to tell them when you have had enough. Here, they only refill once and it cost $3.00 for their small cups of coffee, which is more than a "Tall" coffee at Starbucks. Crazy. No wonder they don't have the long lines anymore that they used to have on the weekends. Others must be catching-on to their low-grade, expensive food. The staff and atmosphere are nice, however; the only good side to the experience here.
