Burned my pizza and the district manager made the chessticks pictured below, only 9, not 10 and two were a third of the the size and these were made by the district manager, wow. The sauce tastes lemony like something was sour. Manager of the store said, "they're breadsticks, what do you want and there's ten." I replied please count again, there's only 9 and they were burned and tasted like tough steak. Put these pics online and see if anyone buys any. Remember district manager made these thought they were good and the manager dismissed my concerns...franchisee what are your thoughts, please conctact me???

One of the best Papa John pizzas I’ve had in a while. We ordered six for a group on a Friday and they were done in 30 minutes. All cooked perfect.

I was in there ordering a Small Pizza and No Problems with the pizza one had less cheese than all of them I didnt even get full. I would ENCOURAGE Papa Johns HIRE PEOPLE who can answer Customers Questions. and be so quick to ring up someone. How are you gonna ring up a Customer without even telling them how much is a small pizza?I went and found out online or I would had call another one to find out.

Tracking app has said "on its way" for more than 30 minutes and it's still not here. Not a big deal except that when I called the store for an update, the manager was super defensive and did not say goodbye when we hung up. Seemed annoyed that I called.

I order here regularly for my kids. Especially my younger loves Papa John's Pizza. He is autistic and has specific places and foods he loves. I would have given 5 stars if the last 3 times I ordered the pizza would've been like I usually order.Not to go to deep into details but my son loves more sauce and less cheese on his pizza and the past 3 times he didn't even want to finish the piece he took a bite off (he usually eats half a medium pizza).He started peeling the cheese off, which was not less than I had asked for, and when looking at the pizza, there was like no sauce or maybe just a bit "brushed" on. So, I am a bit disappointed these past 3 orders, and it would be my only complaint with the food to just pay more attention to the incoming order slips.Prime time can be a hectic one, and I totally understand that there's many orders coming in, but 3 times in a row so far.... Hope to get the right order next time because Fridays are our pizza nights.

I've ordered a few times from here. The pizza I ordered yesterday was missing cheese and the chicken was slimy...it wasn't the sauce either. I don't like chicken that is mushy. It doesn't sit that with me. So, I won't order it again. The brownie was ok. The pizza was good outside of them being stingy with the cheese. I ordered online & they had DoorDash deliver. It was received on time. I will order from them again.

!! Don't Order From This Location!!Order the pizza never received it. Called an hour after ordering it, they told me to wait that the delivery person was out and to call back they. Delivery driver never came and I called back they stopped answering and kept putting me on a loop of call add. Do not order from this location!
Walked in tonight and no one acknowledged me at all. The employees were to busy talking amongst themselves. Had to speak over them just to see if my order was ready. I will say the older/elderly guy was very nice and spoke to me the moment he saw me. The two younger workers were the ones that ignored me.

Try to get me and my fiancé some dinner tonight arrived at 10 PM on the dot when I walked in I was told that they were not making any more pizza or and refuse to take my order. Just do yourself a favor and call Domino’s. You may wait a little bit but at least they know how to take care of their customers. I thought Papa John’s was supposed to be making a comeback but I guess they don’t value the black dollar. Or any dollar for that matter, there was literally no one working. They were just sitting around.
