I went through the drive thru. I ordered a BBQ sandwich, fries, and sweet tea. The sandwich was not hot and the fries were shoe string fries and not the best I ever had. Sweet tea was on point though!

Went in yo get a tailgate for the family while i cooked Thanksgiving dinner the chicken was old cold and crumbly. My daughter called back to let the manager know and i hear the manager yelling thats a lie. Hold on ma'am let me get the phone now call me a lie is what i told her im gonna to bring this crap you charged me 40+ dollars back to you for a refund . well she would not come out to talk to us when we got there but i did get a refund.but i wont be giving Smithfield in knightdale any more of my money, i suggest you go some where else for good and customer service

The service was amazing and it was very friendly and even the manager Leslie came out and checked on how we were doing. Leslie seems like a lovely worker and I would love for her to wait on me every time I came. The workers were very respectful and had smiles on their face and they enjoyed their jobs. As well as very clean.

Everything and everyone was absolutely amazing aside from Leslie. Not sure if she is a manager but the way she talked to the elderly workers was disgusting. There were more disgusting behavior I witnessed but I digress I care more about OUR elders. She needs to be held accountable for treating them this way. Couldn't have been my family members she talked to the way she did

Buyer beware! They have switched the brand of tea they use. They use to have the best sweet tea but now it’s terrible! Why did they change brands? I had to confront them about this before they informed me about the change. I can only assume they went with a cheaper brand to save money. I use to get a couple gallons a week with the food I ordered, now I will not be going back at all.

The sides need a boost, potatoes salad not good, slaw needs to be better. needs to add greens beans and mashed potatoes and Mac cheese.

Kid-friendliness: From chicken tenders to hot dogs, I'd say it's pretty kid friendly!

Smithfield customer service is AMAZING top-tier and the atmosphere is relaxing. Server. Mrs Julie is the SWEETEST, and the reason why I became a returning customer as well. She introduced me to the Brunswick stew when I came my 1st time and wanted something with veggies; I now recommend it to others. As of now, my go-to is their Brunswick Stew and their 5 piece chicken tender combo with hush puppies! Taste good! 5/5😊

The nicest lady at the counter.. so helpful. The food was fresh and hot. Who ever made the potato salad this time..did it right...the potatoes were cooked all the way thru. My husband and I enjoyed the value pack..again 2 meals off one price. $43 spent including a banana pudding.
