Zariana cashier at the front was very rude. I was just letting her know that I was there to pick up an order. And had a very nasty attitude. Even with the customer beside me.

I have been coming here for years since I moved here from New York. This place used to be great. I don't know if it's new staff or if they simply don't give a shit. My order has been coming out wrong. They aren't reading the ticket or simply ignoring it. It's bad enough they don't have decaf iced coffee, but if I have to get regular coffee, get it right. The last 2 times, I had to toss it. It was un-drinkable. Something's that is made is ok. Not the coffee.... lately
