Usual Starbucks ambience. Service is good. Friendly staff. Only issue is the seating. Very few seating arrangements inside. Though they have outside seating too.

I have been coming here for years since I moved here from New York. This place used to be great. I don't know if it's new staff or if they simply don't give a shit. My order has been coming out wrong. They aren't reading the ticket or simply ignoring it. It's bad enough they don't have decaf iced coffee, but if I have to get regular coffee, get it right. The last 2 times, I had to toss it. It was un-drinkable. Something's that is made is ok. Not the coffee.... lately

One of the best locations I’ve been to with customer service. I believe Matt is his name, but he deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond checking-in on customers outside of the “here’s your drink”. Amazing person!

In all other Starbucks drive-thru lanes the employees has held out the card scanner and allowed us to tap and make any selections. However, today the employees at this location took our card (not in itself a bad thing) and then asked us if we wanted to tip. Now as far as I can find, the Starbucks’ average wages are well above minimum wage, so I have two questions. Why was the choice to tip spoken loudly to the customer (instead of the normal procedure of quietly handing the card reader to customer; thereby removing indirect coercive pressure)? And does Starbucks really pay above minimum wage like they claim?

I have no problem tipping servers at places like restaurants that don’t pay employees properly (I don’t agree with tipping in general but I won’t punish the employees who currently need them to live), but I’m fed up with being harassed to tip at places that pay nearly twice what I made in my college fast food job (incidentally, we weren’t allowed to accept tips back then; and that was only five years ago).

This is the second time I've ordered online and arrive to the store for the café to be closed. If you don't have "in-store" available at the time, don't advertise it! People either have to eat the money they spent and leave on the in store order or wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. And on top of that, no apology by the employee. Do better.
