Discrimination against my son with lots of autism. Refused to give my autistic son green peppers on the side of his sandwich. Rosie the manager was extremely rude. I had to stop by the grocery store to buy a green pepper to give my son 2 slices of green pepper. I paid for a food long sandwich with ham and cheese only. Worst experience ever!! She did understand English, however so did ask the young girl to explain what I was asking. The young girl was very polite. Every subway, in every state we have traveled to in 5 years has given my son a small amount of green peppers in a bag. My son will not eat his ham and cheese sandwich with the green pepper on it. Rosie was so rude to us. I asked for the owners number and she said to write a review. I am telling everyone on social media! You crossed the wrong autism Mom!

I will never eat at that Subway again worse experience ever. Even other customers chimed in to help me and rosey the so called manager told them to be quite. I was doing a pickup order for a customer and in detail on his order It said a bunch of banana peppers so I try to do exactly what the customer says they want so Rosey the do called manager Said I had to buy another sub or salad just to get extra banana peepers on my customer pickup or when I said just charge me extra for them or ring it up as a salade if you have to but I'm one to get a person order right because who wants to pay for a order they don't want. So I said we can't move forward until you put more up there on his sub and rosey just kept saying no even her employee apologized. Customers behind ne even said your telling her no and she will to pay any cost for banana peppers and she told them to be quite. At that point I said there's no way your a manager to tell Customers to be quite and your missing out on money over banner peppers if I'm telling you I'll pay what extra cost even if it was the cost of a salad. Rosey gives subway a bad reputation especially when it comes to running a business mainly making customers satisfied thinking they cater to the public. Well I'm sorry to say at this subway it's not true and for everyone to avoid the experience I had please do not go there. Because the only reason she could give me of why I couldn't have them even though I was willing to pay was because she was the manager. Well apparently she must only want the title of being a manager but has no clue about going the extra mile and serving paying customers. Because customer make and break your business.

My mother in law was screamed at today about taking a cup for my 3 year old in front of my 3 year old. She paid for it! Like what is wrong with the lady working there. It's just a cup and that behavior is uncalled for! Be professional!

This subway is the worst. I was standing in line and the employees all spoke Spanish. They were talking about the lady in front of me ordering too many things on her sandwich. Calling her fat in Spanish. Not thinking that a blonde lady and a black lady could understand Spanish. The place is filthy and they were pissed I didn't give them a tip. For what? Last time I checked the people who are paid to stand there until someone comes in shouldn't get a tip ESPECIALLY if they are calling the lady in front of you fat. NEVER COMJNG BACK. TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW.

I ordered 2 subs tonight, and this subway had full staff.The person making my sub didn't speak any English.I'm picky when I want a sub.I couldn't tell her extra meat, or anything..Because of this, my sub was terrible.It went in the trash.2 sandwiches were $18Nothing wrong if you work and don't speak English.But work in the back or clean up..Don't try to make subs, if you don't know what I'm saying..COME ON!!

I come here just about weekly to get a sandwich. I only get veggies on my sandwich. Several times the lady Rossy had been very rude and impatient even though there was noone else in line. I like my toppings spread out throughout my sandwich since i’m only getting veggies. I don’t think that Rossy should be in customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat the customers with some sort of basic respect and kindness.

While I don't mind paying for extra when I ask for extra, I do feel like being charged $7 for an entire salad when I ask for extra cucumbers on a sandwich is being extreme. The lady was beyond rude when I questioned her about it. If I hadn't promised my kids to eat here I wouldn't have paid at all.

They are rude especially rossey trying to charge me twice for a sub she made wrong the first time…she first tried unwrapping the sub and taking all the toppings off to put wat I wanted up there..which is nasty I don’t want used toppings in my sub so I wouldn’t give it to nobody else..

I place my order online 15 minutes before I got to the store and when I got there my order still was not ready and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be made. When I got my order the sandwiches were good but what's the point of ordering online if I still got to wait another 20 minutes to get my order when it was already supposed to be done by the time I got there.
