Worst subway ever, every single lady is so rude, they think they own the place, and if you bring a cupon they are even more rude. It happened once and I thought it was just a bad day and decided to give it another try, and second time was way worse. Terrible service, not coming back to this subway again

The bread is usally fresh, but not today. The white bread was stale and hard. It surprised me because this subway is usally on point. What happened? are trying to save by selling old bread?

Food is fresh, staff is friendly and place is kept very clean. Someone kept cleaning while we were there.
Would not honor coupon and I followed the rules. Won’t be back
I came in after work. It was slow. The worker came to help me in a rushed way. I gave her my order. For the first one. Someone came in and then she called someone to finish. Then other customers came in. I had three orders total and was rushed to give them to the second person. I left buying three meal orders- a total of $47.02. Only to find out my 1st sandwich did not get finished it only had bacon and bread. The bread wasn’t toasted as I requested. I am so disappointed in this service because I just started going back to Subway and encouraging my family to also. I am done. The customer service I s important, the sandwich is the what keeps you coming back. I tried to call. Kept getting a fax sound. Oh well I guess I’ll have to take a “ L” for my hard earn money. I will not go back here again. Check your sandwich do t let them rush you! Peace & Blessings

Excellent customer service, very friendly
Ordered a foot long sub and got meat portion of a 6". Asked for extra onion and told can't have extra toppings...onions...REALLY. The customer service is lacking, acting like serving me was an inconvenience. Probably won't be back.

They ladies are super friendly and attentive to your requests. The food is really good and the lemonade is great! The location is clean and tidy. My favorite location to get subway!

Went to get multiple subs. One sub was told could not use coupon for selected sub which was not indicated on the coupon and on the other asked for extra onion. The lady said she can't add more like onions are a premium item such as meat or cheese! I have never been denied extra onion because it's just onions!!!! On top of that they added greenpeppers which were not even requeated! The 3rd sub had a wrong bun and it wasnt fresh. Worst subway experience ever! This subway sucks.

Do not order thru app/online for this store! Placed and order and paid everything was fine. Got to store and waited 10ish mins for curbside and no order. Went in and they said they never got it and asked if was it the same store. Staff verified correct store and that I paid and still would not honor my order. Saying the owner said that if the order did not print out it was not and order.....??? They also started my money "might" be returned in 3 to 5 days by my bank. NEWS FLASH!! My bank said it was up to them to release the funds!! Completely unacceptable!! DO Not Order From Here!! You will not get your money back!!!
