Waited in line without being acknowledged for approximately 3 minutes. Right after I was told by one worker that someone was coming a gentleman comes in. Upon waiting another minute or so another worker noticed the young man (assumed regular) and verified his preferred drink. That worker then asked someone to make his drink without him being next in line. I left immediately following that.
Very good smoothies, highly recommended
This location never carries plant-based chicken. The staff always says they don't order it or don't carry it anymore. I can tell they're all used to giving this kind of response, but they don't really know why or what to say, indicating bad communication from management. Ultimately, I don't see how this is an optional item to carry when it is clearly advertised on the menu in the store and every other location I visit carries it.
During a lunch rush, staff handle everything as efficiently as possible.
First time at this location and will be my last.
Prior to walking in manager is outside on the phone walk in no one said good morning but as I proceeded to place my order I said good morning I could tell they all where new so I humbled my heart. Noticed instantly know one once washed their hands I watched Jason keep the same gloves on for the entire time he made food and to help take orders as they were getting busy the Manger finally came in told the team they were doing good and they weren’t they obviously needed help she said a couple of words and processed to talk on her phone one girl had braids cute by the way but her two front piece were dragging on the counter and she kept pushing them out her face instead of placing all her braids in a pony tail. As she took orders made smoothies not once wash her hands as I’m sitting there in shock of the smooth of orders they take do to being busy they just DONT wash their hands nor change gloves per transition .. lastly staff member clocks in introduce herself to the newbies and put on gloves to help Jason prepare food and NOT once did she wash her hands sooooo staff if ur reading this especially the manger because it’s 100% ur fault train ur employees to provide customer service help then get off the phone when its busy and wash yall hands before messing with with food have a blessed. Day

Terrible customer service
I just picked up my wrap from there and it is drenched in sauce to the point where it is absolutely inedible. The wrap that it came in is soggy because of the amount of sauce that it is drenched in. I know that they have SOP‘s in place for how food is supposed to be made I’ve never had one made like this at a tropical smoothie before and I’m very disappointed. The smoothie was great as always, but they need to do some re-training with their staff on how to properly follow protocols to make food.
I feel so bad because I should know her name but she’s short and gorgeous, such a sweetheart, always providing phenomenal customer service to me, I love it when she say Miss / Mrs. P, then it’s a stud white girl always suggesting the perfect smoothie and just so patient with me !
I put in a pick up order almost every other day. My order is wrong every single day unless I go in and pay with cash or card and do a in person order. That's the only way my order will be right everything I say don't put on my bowl put on my bowl when I pay extra for stuff to be added on my bowl they never add some people make your bowl perfect. Most of the times your bowl is always messed up. This is the worst tropical smoothie I've ever been to never can get it right You can never they never pick up the phone. You can never make a review or a complaint Nowhere else cause no one picks up

Literally the worst locations of all time! Ordering online does not save you anytime. They’re always running behind and out of stock. I finally complained after paying $11 for a açaí bowl and there was no banana. Was never informed banana was out of stock. Didn’t notice until I got home and the manager calls me the next day and offers me a free banana. Seriously?! I now understand the staff of hired by that manager
Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Do NOT visit the location. Employees standing around gossiping and complaining about their job while making the food wrong. I called and explained my food was wrong and I tried to find out what was in the actual item they gave me, she proceeded to tell me that she watched her coworker make the food as we are sitting in front of the wrong order. We have food allergies and I was just trying to find out what was in the item bc I wasn't going back.
Staff was very nice with helping me as a first time customer.

The windows between the customer and employee were dirty and not cleaned in serval weeks. The employee attitudes were meh. Tables were dirty.
