This was by far the worst experience that I've had at a Waffle house. I came in to place a to go order, and was told that they were not accepting to go orders at this time, which is fine, except for the fact that what I wanted to order was not an option on the online menu. I politely asked the waitress if there was a way that I could have my order taken in lieu of this and she ignored my request for about 10 minutes. The cook on the grille even made her aware that I asked a question and she replied that she knows, but she intentionally was going to ignore me. So I sat and waited until she came to take my order which was about another 15 minutes. She went back to work, slamming pans and complaining about how they couldn't handle the flow of patrons at the Waffle house during that time. I watched another family come in and wait to be seated at a table. They waited about 10 or 15 minutes. There were 3 open tables, but all of them were dirty and had leftover food from the previous patrons left on them. After a while, the family, clearly in frustration, left. I patiently waited for my food and noticed the staff consistently making errors with others' orders and having to remake and throw away food. The person operating the grille placed the food on my to go order on a plate and the waitress that initially took my order dumped everything onto a plastic tray, spilling half of my order of eggs out. I didn't say anything. I even tipped them because they took my order when they said that they weren't taking to go orders. But I feel that this was subpar customer service. And to add insult to injury, when I got home I noticed that my orders were both missing the meats. I had to drive 15 mins back to WF to have them fix my order.

5 stars all the way around! We were greeted with smiling faces from the get go. Brandus and Arianna took such great care of my dad and I and were very respectful of my father’s service dog, Jake. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Including the cook, who unfortunately I did not get his name. We frequent waffle houses often and this is the best one we have ever been to! Thanks again!

Typically wouldn’t write a review like this but… first off the staff was so nice and the restaurant was clean. I ordered and paid for my food online and when I arrived to pick it up- food wasn’t ready. After waiting another 15mins I asked for a refund. Refund was granted and they gave me the food that was done. I didn’t eat it bc it was cold after sitting out waiting for the remainder of the order. I’m PISSED bc this was my restaurant of choice knowing I wouldn’t have another opportunity to eat anything until the evening. I’m sure if you’re staying to eat everything is good. But if you’re trying to be efficient- a complete waste of time.

When we came in all the tables were full but there were only 2 people waiting ahead of us. We waited maybe 10 minutes and some people got up and left. By this time all the chairs were full of people waiting to eat. No one attempted to clean the table, and then 2 more tables left, and still no one had been seated. No employees said anything to any customer at all and we were all ignored. Finally a girl started cleaning the tables but instead of doing one and seating us, she partially cleaned 3 tables and seated no one still. A guy finally finished one table so we could sit down. Waited 10 more minutes to get a menu and waitress. None of the fountain drinks were working, so I ordered tea (which was bitter). The bacon was burnt to a cinder and the waffle was undercooked. We had to ask for syrup. The employees were moving as slow as a herd of snails, and you could tell it was all about the takeout orders. None of them ever acknowledged the customers whatsoever. There appeared to be no one in charge. I will never go here again. The one in Clayton is 100 times better! They are on the ball.
Bacon not cooked enuff had to send back to cook more. Hash browns not cooked enuff needed to be turned over! Waitress was excellent! Hire a new cook!!

Daughter and I had a great breakfast today. Kudos to our server Blake who was so friendly. The meal came within minutes and exactly as we expected. We've ordered extra crispy hashbrowns and they were perfect. The place was very clean, food well seasoned and delicious. Looking forward to go back there soon !!!

I went to this location after hours around 3am. The FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!! I ordered the Texas cheese steak patty melt. The meat was BURNT the toast was not all the way toasted. It seems like the cook only cooked one side of my hashbrowns the other side was very cold and hard. Not to mention the older lady in the window with the blonde hair did not wash her hands, until I mentioned and I saw her handle money etc..then go on the line with her receipt book of some sort, at the waffle station(please look at your cameras). She then returned and gave me the WRONG ORDER!! Someone is missing a WAFFLE! Because after I checked my order to see if it was correct a waffle that I didn’t order was in my bag. No worries I trashed it bc it wasn’t done either!! $30 bucks WAISTED!! Not to mention it was only a few ppl in line, and you have to wait on the outside to get your food!! I will never ever go back to this establishment AGAIN!! If I could give a NEGATIVE 0 as a score I would!!
