Tables were all dirty. Ordered an Avowich and it was destroyed by the lady who made it . The photo is how it looked opening right after it was handed to me. Asked for her name for the review and she said “I’m good on that”. Another person remade my sandwich and also refused to tell me anyone’s first name — which is fine. Just wanted to have more info for the review.

I’m giving this a three star review solely for an employee called Lauren. The owner was in the store and really couldn’t care less about my order issues. Who cared was Lauren Lauren cared She made my order right I also called back and spoke to the owner who didn’t care that anything was happening at all. It seems. All in all I’m gonna try and get Lauren to work for me and I definitely won’t eat here anymore. I wouldn’t waste your money if the owner does not care about customer satisfaction I don’t think I’m gonna get a good sandwich. What do you think? I called to get the owners first name and he hung up on me. So, to me this is unacceptable. The employees make at make $15 an hour and to have an unsympathetic owners who clearly hasn’t been in the back of the house when it comes to experience is sad. This store has never had good food, and clearly with this ownership it never will. Lauren I hope you aren’t punished for being an amazing employee!

Worst sandwich I have had in a very long time. Too much mayo, too much oil, too much pepper. Too much of everything but the main ingredients on both subs. Also, it didn't help that both employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else in the world but work. The person who took my order had to pause his headphones so he could hear me. It will probably be a very long time before I have which which another chance

Came in there last week with my wife...ordered 2 sandwiches...it took them almost a WHOLE 30 minutes to make..the owner and some fake wannabe-hood white girl caught an attitude because I asked for a refund. She quickly adjusted her attitude once my wife came back in the store 🤣🤣

The food is pretty good. The people are nice but they are slow. They make a sloth look ambitious. We were the only people in the whole restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich and salad.

No chips came with 2 of the sandwiches. My wife asked for honey mustered and got half of the sandwiched with honey mustered and the other with mustered so she only ate half bc she doesn't like normal mustered. So she called to get a refund and they said they would do a refund but still haven't received it. I think people are lazy when it comes to a delivery order. But don't eat here
