I'm an Ex-Employee at Wich Which, and I'm glad to have worked there. The staff are kind, The food, albeit pricey, is tasty, and the atmosphere is that of a somewhat calm, Fast-Food place. I would recommend eating here if you have the money and don't mind cost, but everyone experiences food differently, so take my word with a grain of salt.Kid-friendliness: There's a gumball machine inside filled with M&Ms, and containers and cup lids next to them. When you order a kid's meal, you get the sandwich, chips, a drink, and a token for the aforementioned machine! Not to mention that Kids have their own little packet to choose from.

Usually get a fantastic sub, ordered through postmates so not their fault. But tonight, I got my usual, and I didn't get any of the condiments, just pepper. Also delivered through postmates so all they do is pick it up. Imagine just eating a sub covered in pepper. Probably won't ever do that again, whoever rang it up or made it was terrible. And when I pulled a Karen and called for a manager, they didn't have one. They did offer me to bring the receipt and get it remade but there's a reason I got it through postmates because we live 20 minutes away and wanted a quick dinner. To miss one thing is something but to miss ranch, mayo, oil and vinegar, and salt is another. Thanks for my pepper sub.

Just ok. Sandwich is put together pretty sloppily, uneven distribution. Bread is ok. Definitely not worth 10$. Probably wouldn’t go back.

I ordered two sandwiches, one bag of chips, and one drink online, it said it would take 15min to get ready. When I got there the girl told me it was gonna take another 15min because they didn’t make my order a priority even though I ordered 15min before. We ended up waiting 40min for our food, the food was not the greatest for how much I paid for it and waited. The girl working was not helping the other guys that were making the sandwiches she was just on her phone. I won’t be coming back here.

Do yourself a favor and visit this gem in knightdale! The service is unmatched. My coworkers and I popped in yesterday during the lunch rush. There were many patrons and only 2 workers available. To my surprise, The manager on duty handled everything with class and expertise and treated us all with the upmost respect. Our orders were taken and bought out to us in a timely matter. EVERY BITE was sooo delightful and mouth watering. I will be back AGAIN and AGAIN. Top notch customer service indeed!
The person gave me the wrong sandwich. I couldn’t hear the worker say my name. I asked her and she confirmed it was mine. I didn’t check the bag and left. I realized I had the wrong sandwich and called back. Spoke with the gm. Meg or margarette. Her tone and how she spoke with me was like an upset teenager. She was flat out rude and said it was my fault because I didn’t check the name on the mag. You just lost my business.
