I’ve been a loyal customer of Hibachi Yummy for a long time and usually enjoy their food. Today, however, I was very disappointed. I went in specifically to buy their white sauce—which they normally sell for 50 cents each—and was told I could not purchase it unless I spent over $10. I was more than willing to pay for the sauces, yet they refused to sell them to me.

This makes no sense and shows poor customer service. As a regular customer, I expected better treatment. Refusing a small purchase like this is not only inconvenient but also leaves a bad impression.

Ordered via mobile and by the time I arrived to store, my order was ready. The food was cooked to perfection and tasty.

I’ve lived in the area for a while and don’t know why i’ve been sleeping on this place. Decided to try a new place I haven’t been to and got the Hibachi Chicken. 10/10 Will definitely be back!

Food was absolutely nasty, we got three dishes one was hibachi chicken, hibachi steak and another was a shrimp bowl. ALL the meats were so dry and tough almost as if it had been cooked hours prior. I highly highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!

I ordered a fried rice and shrimp from this restaurant and literally gave me 6 small pieces of shrimp. Their food is garbage! Their customer service sucks too!!!
I tried to address my complaint but never got any apology or try to correct the issue. I will not spend not even a penny at this restaurant.

I called to order food but I’ve never been to this location before , so I asked whom ever answered the phone questions about the menu I saw on line. She acted as if this was a bother to her before I order food I would like to know what I’m paying for, she provided terrible customer service. I refuse to support a business that acts as if they don’t want my business. If the service is poor I’m sure the quailty of the food will be too. Unfortunate for them we were ordering for a party of 15people. Never again.

Seriously this place is legit. We’re from the Pacific Northwest where hibachi/teriyaki is everywhere. This place tops some of the best!

The hibachi chicken with fried rice was tasty. Would definitely go back again.

The OG of Chinese hole in the wall restaurants. Not a place where you’ll find orange-sauced chicken nuggets but an obvious neighborhood favorite judging from the continual to-go traffic. We enjoyed generous portions of chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. One star withheld for greasy egg rolls. The egg drop soup lacked flavor (to me) but the egg was very tender. The atmosphere was lacking but the prices make up for it; $16 each for our meals plus counter tip.

The most disappointing Chinese food I have ever had...I got the general Tso chicken and never tasted anything so horrible.. the peppered steak was not like anything I have ever had either...fried rice absolutely tasteless..

The food had good taste. They need to improve in lunch specials and interior renovation.

I would like to leave a review based on the great customer service and food I received last night. I placed my order for the Salmon with broccoli and fried rice. Not knowing it is cooked in Teriyaki sauce I placed the order. Once I received it I was disappointed in myself for not asking. I eat everything plain. I called around 8 pm not to complain but in hopes that they were able to make a new order for me without the sauce. They agreed. I was very thankful for them being understanding. They made my order to perfection in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely eat here again. Thank you!
