Big Daddy's Seafood Restaurant

Delicious seafood, fun atmosphere! Great service extended to us with my mobility-challenged mother!! Much appreciated !!👏

Restaurant is spacious. We have 15 people , and the wait time is short to get us sitted. Food delivered quickly and delicious. Like it . Friends say to visit again to try different food.

We came in with 4 of us. The food was great we didn’t have any left over. Our server steph was awesome she never let our drinks go empty if we needed anything she was on top of it. The crab legs are to die for a little much old bay but great still. It was nothing but a great time with Steph at big daddy’s she was like one of us there great conversations and a great server overall. The little guy that brought our food was so polite well mannered boy he was running his butt off with others food I didn’t catch his name (blonde hair). I seen several awesome workers there big daddy’s did a great job with these employees. We Will be back for sure.

The food was so good! I don’t know what I was expecting but it surpassed whatever it was anyway. The staff was so kind and welcoming and even the other guests were friendly. Just a great time overall ❤️

We came in as a group of 8 and Steph took great care of us! Despite being out of some items, the food was cooked well and everyone enjoyed their meal. Not sure the hostess's name from Sunday evening around 8 pm but she was so friendly each time we passed by!

Has a reduced menu from what they had in 2021. Food quality is still very good 👍

Great food and great service!!! Maddi, the receptionist, was so kind and friendly. She went above and beyond! The food was delicious I def recommend the smoked wings and bbq!

These were the best crab legs I had while at Kure beach!!! Try the bacon mac n cheese bites. They are surprisingly really good. All of the food was delicious and service was amazing. The chocolate cake with peanut butter whip was delicious also. I wish we had just went here every nite for dinner while on vacation.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. This place is WAY overpriced, just to be given food that isn’t prepared fresh and everything is frozen! $160 for just me and my husband to eat here and we didn’t even eat the oysters or the fried pickles bc they were mushy like they were just brought out of the freezer to be fried. They have such a prime location to serve such awful food! I do not recommend this place at all!

Frozen seafood. Not a great atmosphere. Would not recommend.

Literally changed my life. Cannot thank the staff enough for the exceptional service provided and the incredible food. Keep it up y’all.

Oh boy, where do I start with Big Daddy's in Wilmington, NC? Let’s just say, we should've taken the hint when we rolled up to an empty restaurant (major red flag, y’all). Embarrassingly, we asked our friends to meet us here, and they had a 2 hour drive to this tourist trap :( The best thing here was our friendly waitress and our Arnold Palmers (which had no alcohol and were still delicious). The food? My steak was a lesson in patience—tough, fatty, and lukewarm. Meanwhile, my wife’s mahi mahi was dry enough to give the Sahara a run for its money, and the coleslaw was about as flavorful as cardboard with a bit of mayo. So if you’re planning to dine at this gimmicky spot, just do yourself a favor and get the Arnold Palmer WITH the vodka. LOTS of vodka. You're gonna need it.

How are you a seafood restaurant near the beach and run out of seafood ?

Been going to Big Daddy's for 25 years. Took family in and had a 45 minute wait due to not many staff members, plenty of empty seats. Got drink and waiter advised no fried shrimp, flounder, or oysters.
