Service is always awesome! Love this place! Salad is so yummy - kids had pork chops that were awesome, Hubbie had chicken and roasted red potatoes that were delicious; and I had lasagna! Everything was delicious;and service was awesome! We love Freddie's!!

Arguably the best restaurant on the Coast of North Carolina! Got here 10 minutes before our reservations and our host kindly said it would be just a few more minutes. Outside there were ugly acting woman (two separate groups) who have clearly never touched foot in the service industry and after looking at any of the lower reviews on this restaurant it was all people like that. People who didn’t get reservations and expect the busiest restaurant in a 50 mile radius to kiss the ground beneath their feet. And believe it or not Freddie’s did, they sat that party 10 minutes before close. Everything about this place was incredible the food speaks for itself however the hard work from the staff is really what wowed me. Every server was busy in there section talking to there tables getting refills and even helping each other pre buss tables. I got the pork chops with the apple walnut topping 10/10 Mozz sticks 10/10 and the bread and salad service is the best around the reviews speak for themselves Freddie’s is where it’s at!
Too our server Christian, you were fantastic boss one of the friendliness helpful patient servers I’ve had wish servers were like you in every restaurant.

Our group of 11 enjoyed an incredible dinner at Freddie’s! Natalie was our server, and she was very friendly and most accommodating. The food was outstanding, and they even offered gluten free options. Excellent food and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

We called ahead and arrived a few minutes before our reservation time. (We were advised of possible wait time while last group finished drinks) we waited outside a few minutes for a table, since it was cold and windy that night. We quickly chose to go to bar for drink before dinner. Staff must have ask the last group to move to bar and give us our table. So we swapped group locations so fast, we never got our drinks. So in hindsight site swap was appreciated but a little disruptive for the 1st group and confusing, as we were rushed away from bar to table. Again appreciated just confusing. All 4 of our dinners were great-above average portions cooked with great quality. Salad was huge and well made, but they threw away more than we ate. Would have been nice to take it To go with 3 dinner left overs. Bread was great, warm and filling. Service staff were fast, friendly and attentive to our needs. They also all seemed to work well together as a team. Really like the small quaint dining room with the checkered table cloths, pillow at our corner table is a nice touch for a nap after eating all that great food. Btw on this visit of many, I ate my entire mushroom ravioli dinner no left overs. This is the first time for me after eating here for over 19 years -occasionally :-)
Will continue to go back for more.

I have been going to Freddie’s since 1995. There was 1 candle in the wine bottle at the bar. Was celebrating my 70th birthday there this evening, we were still drinking wine. Asked to leave because they needed our table. On a Sunday night. They could have put 2 tables together. It will be a very, very long time, if ever, to go back.
