What a wonderful night at Freddie’s celebrating two birthdays! Natalie was a fantastic server, and the food was delicious. The chocolate cake was so good to celebrate my husband and son with the same birthday. Well worth the wait for our table. Thank you Freddie’s for a wonderful night!

Freddie's is one of those spots that just feels right the moment you walk in. It's warm, inviting, and full of that classic Italian charm that's getting harder to find these days. The staff is friendly, attentive and make the whole experience easy and relaxed - exactly what you want after a beach day.
The food is top-notch across the board, but the shrimp fra diavolo is my go to, perfectly cooked shrimp in a spicy sauce packed with flavor.
Whether you're local or just visiting, Freddie's is a must. Great food, great people and the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again.

Freddie’s is an absolute gem in Kure Beach! The vibe is cozy, welcoming, and just the right mix of laid-back and classy. The staff makes you feel like family the second you walk in, and the service is always on point.
The food is incredible — everything tastes fresh and homemade. The pork chop with the house sauce is hands down a showstopper, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Great wine, great portions, and great people.
If you’re anywhere near Kure Beach, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. Freddie’s is the real deal — easily one of the best dining experiences on the island!
The food was actually pretty good! I enjoyed the overall environment and my favorite part of all was the phenomenal customer service!! The only reason I’m giving three stars is because myself and two other family members that ate here ended up having diarrhea for two or three days straight after eating here. Not sure if there’s some kind of cross contamination, or old food being served, but it definitely sucked having stomach trouble afterwards (and this is coming from somebody with a pretty strong stomach)

Called for takeout and the staff member was awsome..picked up the order and she confirmed everything..OMG..had the mussels with spicy marinara and the chicken parm dinner!! Best place for Italian food on the island..will make it a point to go back soon!

Actually ate here on “accident”. I was looking at seafood restaurants and I got this one mixed up with another place close by. 🙄 This is in fact NOT a seafood restaurant, but Italian 🤦🏻♀️. They do have a few seafood dishes but not many. My family, party of 6, all got the same dish, chicken alfredo. It would have been fabulous if it would have had more flavor but it was extremely bland. The garlic butter they give to dip your bread into is very salty, somewhat overpowering. My youngest daughter got the fried mozzarella appetizer and they were pretty decent. Overall, I don’t think I would eat there again. The price for 6 people was insane!!
