I'm walking into the restaurant tonight in my work boots and a flannel jacket to get my to-go order. Order my to go order and was trying to order a drink while waitiing at the of the bar. The bartender walk by me without saying a word to me the whole time playing with her hair and serving food, seven times she walked by me. As I sat there getting a little agitated, not saying nothing though because that's disrespectful they were busy.. Beverly the manager I guess could tell I was getting aggravated and had the gall to get in my face 5 in away and snap at me and tell me they were busy I would just have to wait then I had to give my order to a waitress to get me to the bartender... No thank you not a hello total disrespect to the customer.. I was in there two nights ago got a little bit of money at the bar this is what I get in return.. my stepmother used to run Smitty's and a crow's nest down here Kure Beach. So I kind of know how the restaurant business works. I will not be back Beverly their manager gives me a public apology, for A getting it in my face and B disrespecting me as a customer Merry Christmas

Omg this was the worst food I've ever had. A $30 seafood platter. Fried or broiled. We had one of each. Absolutely disgusting. The Wine- awful. Drinks-just average.
This place is a joke.
AWFUL.... do not go here!!

Overpriced for the quality. Shepherd’s pie was mostly mashed potatoes, bathrooms were unusable due to frozen pipes, service missed a to-go drink request, and there’s an added debit card fee. Disappointing experience overall.

The food was not hot and not cold. Nothing was crunchy. It was fine. Nothing bad but nothing to write home about either. Service was very slow.

Stopped for a late lunch on a quiet Monday, this was one of the only open restaurants near Fort Fisher. I had the deviled crab and Old Bay chips and it hit the spot! Food came out quick and hot. The very kind and attentive server suggested ranch to go with the chips and wow, what an unexpectedly delicious combo! I’ll be back.

Some of the absolute worst service I’ve had on Pleasure Island in quite a while. Which is a shame, because overall the food has never disappointed.
