“I love Bojangles. The morning crew is awesome. Very efficient, friendly and the lobby is always kept clean. I gave it 4 stars because of the evening crew. They are not on point as the mo4ning crew. They are less eager to please.. some seam to be standing around, basically not working together as a team. Otherwise we love our bojangles.“

“I ordered online and I arrived to pick up my pizza. I stood and waited for about 10 minutes. Lady at register couldn't find my pizza. I showed her my order number. She asked what I wanted to do?? She looked again and about 10 minutes later a previous customer came in stating he had wrong pizza. She looked at the torn label and said, "Oh here is your pizza and proceeded to hand it to me!" No thanks I'll take a refund. She offered it back to the gentleman and he took it back.Customer service has really gone down.“

“Bojangles in NC never disappoints. The chicken wing platter was everything that I wanted. The wings were just the right size. Not those mico mini wings that they're serving in other states. (MD) A healthy portion of dirty rice and their delicious freshly made creamy coleslaw. I left with a huge smile on my face and can't wait for my next trip back.“
