We wanted the build-your-own crepe option. With the touch screen ordering, the only option was the “breakfast crepe”, which didn’t say it came with 2 eggs in the crepe. It would have been nice to indicate that, or even have an option for no egg, or egg as one of the protein options.
Also, the touch screen ordering listed lots of soup options. My wife selected one, but when it was served, it was not what she selected because they only have 1 option each day, despite what the ordering system displayed.
Finally, the veggies were raw, but would have been so much better lightly sautéed, like many crepe places do.

The food was excellent! We had a chicken bacon ranch crepe, strawberry crepe and a chocolate/vanilla swirl custard. The chicken bacon ranch crepe was stuffed full so you do get your $ worth. The flavor of the strawberry crepe with the creme inside was delicious 20/10 for flavor there. The place was clean and the staff was extra friendly while serving us and even after asking if we needed anything as we sat chatting for a while. I would highly recommend trying this place out!

I wanted to share a piece of advice: there is no sign on the front door: open, it would also be cool if you made delicious ground coffee, latte, cappuccino, I am sure it will bring you more customers. Also, the terrace is by the lake, it would be cool to add flowers there, cover the floor with something, and make it cozier and cleaner. Also homemade lemonade, it would be great for the summer. Sorry for the unsolicited advice, but I think this will be a big plus for your business.

If you haven’t been to Lake Junaluska, you’re missing out on a true gem. It’s one of the most peaceful and picturesque places I’ve ever visited. The 2-mile path around the lake is perfect for a walk, with plenty of spots to sit, relax, read a book, or just ponder the mysteries of life.
Along the path is an adorable spot Café Crêpes and Custard. The food is fresh and tasty (the ham and Swiss cheese crêpe was especially yummy), and the staff are full of southern charm. Kaylee, one of the girls working there, was so sweet and took time to chat with us, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
Both the lake and the café are well worth your time. Don’t miss it if you’re in the area.
