Beer Bars in Lake Lure, NC

“We picked Appalachia at The Lodge (on Lake Lure NC) for two reasons. The Thanksgiving Prix Fixe menu had great choices for those of us who are not required to have turkey. And, we could book a room there after dinner and just enjoy a nice evening. We had the salmon and pork tenderloin dinners, both of us also selected the lobster bisque for appetizer and the homemade chocolate ice cream for desert. The food was bountiful and delicious. Our server was great and deserved the greater than 20% gratuity that we chose to include. We will come back for dinner in the spring and summer when we can enjoy the outside deck on Lake Lure.“
