Had an excellent Philly Cheese Steak Hoagie here made with Ribeye !! Plus a tasty Creamsicle shake. Very neat clean place. They have a covered picnic area which we enjoyed for outdoor dining. Nice people.

This was our first visit but won’t be our last. The Philly Cheesesteak sub is fabulous. They have other sandwiches but I probably won’t ever try anything else! We recommend getting food to go and heading over to Molley Chomper (just around the bend) to enjoy the food with a great cider.

Great little road side restaurant! They are currently serving take out subs, cheese steaks, ice cream and shakes due to the pandemic. There is plenty of covered outdoor seating as well.

Extremely expensive for what you get. $10 sandwiches have very little meat and absolutely no fixings to add. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I supported local tonight and chose Sollie B's! I got the best Philly Cheesesteak I've had since being back in Ashe. OMGosh! The shaved ribeye was so perfectly seasoned and it was loaded with sauteed peppers and onions. The bread was soft and fresh. I only eat meat about 60-90 days as a splurge. I may can not wait 60 days for my next splurge! It was absolutely delicious. 5 stars! And it was neat seeing all their smiling faces when i picked up at the window! Great job guys!
