Stopped in first time, found it as a drive by. Was hoping they had a meat and 2 or 3 and did. Went for fried catfish 2 sides and corn bread and ice tea. Greens and cornbread were fantastic! Tea was also great! However the catfish were nuggets or bits and pieces, “not fitten da eat” as momma used to say and the Mac n cheese was not very good either, wasn’t just me saw another gentlemen leave his mac on the plate when he left. The price was the most affordable anywhere, 10 and some change. Waitress was nice but after meal dropped off never saw her again and not for lack of tryin as no refills or a how is it?…..I’ll be back for a grill meal ie burger, fries etc and will rerate then.

I've had the Seared Salmon that was done to perfection. The Shrimp and Grits are very good. The baked potatoes are baked exactly the way I like them, tender and moist.

This adorable little restaurant was P E R F E C T ! Jason, the owner was beyond kind. The food was exquisite…. So much that my husband went back in for a 2nd plate. 😋 Hands down 10/10.
Unless you’re a regular, you won’t be greeted and you’ll be ignored. Go elsewhere, the food isn’t good enough to endure being slighted.

Observed cashier checking receipts and licking her fingers repeatedly to sort them out. She also was putting silverware in the individual envelopes. While counting cash again repeatedly licking her fingers. Angus beef hamburger steak was over done, and came with one side, only. Cheeseburger was overdone also. Drove quite a ways to get here. Will not be back.

Great place to stop if you want something delicious to eat. Customer service is always top notch. The lunch special and sides are southern cooking at its finest. Chicken pie is mine and my husband favorite. Also you absolutely can't go wrong with anything from the grill! They have great chilli as well.
