Had the meatloaf (special), and was quite good. The “Cowboy” baked beans were pretty good as well. Wife had the salmon special which was cooked just right, not over, not under. Like a lot of small diners in the area, their fountain drink choices don’t include ant diet colas. Will be going back to try several other dishes.

I was surprised by how great the food was at the Copper Mine!! The portions are nice and delicious ? the service was great too. This place is definitely worth trying. I was a little confused about my bill. I guess they added in the tip ?

Stopped by for dinner. It looks like a hole in the wall but we enjoyed the burgers. The servers were all very kind, helpful and quick.
The food is delicious no matter if it's gravy for breakfast or shrimp for lunch you can't go wrong.
