“Today is a special day. My better half and I celebrate 17 years together. I talked to Trent two days ago and asked him to fix us a special dinner. He made an amazing meal of filet, grilled Brussels sprouts with a balsamic glaze, potatoes cooked in duck fat and the MOST AMAZING desert. This is food you would expect from a fancy restaurant, but it came from a "grill" in the mountains. This place is more than a grill! I want to thank him for helping to make this day so very special.
