Waiting and waiting on an online pizza delivery order, only to call the store to be told I requested carryout. Checked email confirmation and sure enough, I did. Not having a car did not help either. Papa John's was nice enough to have it delivered to me. One hour later and the pizza is still hot and delicious. Thank you Papa John's!
Pizza toppings put on sparingly when you order online and have a promo code. When you pay full price, toppings are abundant

I called for delivery yesterday and was told they don't deliver to my area since a month ago. I had ordered last week and a time before that. My 5.5 miles away home can't get delivery. Yet, they deliver to my parents' home over 7 miles from the restaurant. So, they have lost another customer, and during this time when every sale is needed. Good job Papa.
