Not sure what the girl's name was that was running the window tonight around 9 but I just wanna say that she really made my night as she gave an alternative after letting me know that they were out of cold brew. After a rough day, that really made everything a lot better and the drink was better than I expected!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Laurinburg has a nice, clean, neat, and welcoming store with friendly staff and customers. The workers are very nice, and the crew is phenomenal for their attitude, service, and atmosphere. It is a very relaxing place with an amazing variety of drinks, cups, and desserts. However, service can be slow as it is always packed. While the employees are the friendliest, attention to detail is lacking, and order mishaps happen often. Drinks are not always made per instructions. Despite this, the staff handles difficult situations well. For example, during a random system issue, a girl took control quickly to make sure orders did not get missed and kept rocking out drinks and food. A specific meal mentioned is the Medicine Ball, which is good when made correctly. The store also offers beautiful displays, neat gift items, and a very nice selection of coffee beans that can be ground according to whatever type machine customers have at home.
