The menu has changed so much, that out of 3 of us ...nothing was there that we wanted. To get help to ask questions we had to flag someone.. they just didn't take the time. We left, didn't even eat there and mostly won't be back.

It really upsets me to know that I drove literally 20 mins to this location for poor services. The communication skills weren't professional. My thing is why did I have to get all the way home to see that an American English speaking person that comprehends English Grammer ask me what I wanted and fixed my order wrong. I'm tired of people that only show up for a check. My time is precious. I will not attend this location ever again. I bet the person who fixed my food was high off of Marijuana. Okay I've delivered alot of orders and never have I arrived and the employees tell me that they don't have any orders just because they are too lazy to do it!!!!!!!

You need to order yourself on kiosk if you go inside, you can't rider at the counter anymore the old fashion way. Employees were nice and food was made pretty quickly.

You place your order and pay at 1 of the 3 kiosks and pick up your order from the carry out shelf. The few employees really don't acknowledge you( guessing because of the kiosks and them not having to interact with the customer for most of the visit), the dining area is dead and very blah. It has a ghost town feeling, the food is hit and miss.

Ice machine was broken, so no ice in your drink. Coffee machine also broken. Employees are friendly and doing the best they can. I believe it's time for corporate to step up and get some much needed maintenance in this location. Dining area could use some help too.
