Ice machine was broken, so no ice in your drink. Coffee machine also broken. Employees are friendly and doing the best they can. I believe it's time for corporate to step up and get some much needed maintenance in this location. Dining area could use some help too.
First, this location is VERY slow, especially if you go inside. Second, don't waste your time asking for an item without something on it (taco Supreme, no tomato). It has NEVER happened. Sadly, never is the correct adjective. My sister orders without tomato and it took 3 chances before we stopped going. It's not that she doesn't like it and can peel it off. She CANT have it.
