If I could give a 0 I would. Food was overcooked and took forever to get out . Waited 45 minutes for the check AFTER plates was removed from the table. Absolutely terrible experience,do NOT waste your time or money here.

I think Applebee's has kinda gone down hill. It use to be pretty decent but the last 2 times I have been its nit been good. I will not be visiting anymore. Food was not good, service was slow

The Motha Effin Pooch
Horrible experience about a week ago. My mom, wife, son, and I go in for a typical lunch. We get told our son can’t sit at the edge of the table in his high chair because it’s a tripping hazard. (They also forgot a high chair and we waited awhile for one.) he sits like that at any other restaurant with no issues.
He was coloring and being good and they demanded we moved him to the inside of the table, so we all had to play musical chairs and move him. That made him cry and fuss the rest of the time and just ruined our whole lunch. We got the food to go and got 50% off the bill because I called from the car and complained.
Other people at the restaurant are staring and laughing and it was just embarrassing:

Applebee’s has always been one of my favorites until this weekend. We arrived and requested a booth and although rather empty we were only offered a bar top. Drinks were wrong no order was ever taken and all the time we were there the manager on duties and the bartender tried their best to gaslight us.
Dirty concrete floor like a garage. Could not get French onion soup after I ordered. Been in nicer Applebee's. Good waiter. Waited ten mins or more for a table in a half empty restaurant.

The manager here, Laura, is extremely rude and should not be in any type of customer or hospitality environment. The food was horrible and her sarcastic comments and eye rolls showed how much she cares.

Update: Over a week later and no response to the complaint or the reply on the review. Applebees doesn’t care about the customer experience. Steer clear.
Original: This location should be shut down. Management doesn’t care about the customers, rude, and condescending. Then when you confront them about their poor management style and rudeness, they tell you not to come back or you will be trespassed. How about making the situation right for what would be paying customers instead of making excuses why you can’t run your business. Will gladly not return to this dump.
