Seated and waited about 10 minutes for waitress. Ordered drinks and she brought them. Did not ask if we were ready to order. Said she'd be back and left. After 15 minutes she had not come back so we told hostess we were leaving. All she said was I'm sorry. They were not busy at all. Now I know why. Ridiculous!

Me and my mother waited a whole hour for our food just to find out they never put it in lmfao.. pathetic place with pathetic management and staff. 🤷♀️ server was grace. She came over 3 times. Once to get our orders. Once to bring drinks and when we were legit leaving and “apologized”. I looked at her in the eyes many times while being here. We were both polite and patient the entire time. I would not like her as a server again.

Worst place to eat in Leland N.C.. Bathroom is filthy no paper towels since the machine is broken and left hanging open with no other option to cleanse your hands. Service is deplorable. They had 1 poorly trained waitress on duty yesterday. Used to be one of my favorite chains but after nothing but problems we decided yesterday that we would no longer waste our time or money going to this Restaurant

Severely understaffed. Had to wait forever to get drinks and food. Appetizers came out AFTER entrees. Server subbed a side without telling us that they were out of the correct side.

The people that work here are incompetent and don’t care about their jobs, or doing them right. Every time I order from here, something is wrong. I got the 2 for 25 burgers and garlic mashed potatoes, with mozzarella stix as the appetizer that comes with it. If it weren’t for those moz stix I would never EVER deal with them, but I’m addicted. Guess what they forgot?!? My mozzarella stix. And the garlic mashed turned into cold French fries. I called and talked to some girl and she said hmm give me a minute. 6 mins later a new girl gets on the phone and tells me she was in the bathroom and the first girl had been looking for her (?). Idk how you make that many mistakes on a 3 item take out order. Fast food drive thrus have better accuracy than the Leland Applebees.
