Was unable to order here. I was asked to wait, as they were backed up inside. Waited approximately 6-7 minutes and no one got back with me, so I asked if they were still backed up. They said yes, 3 more minutes please. We waited, and still nothing so we drove away.
Whoever the kid was at the drive thru the night of Feb 6th is amazing. I hope Arby's values good employees because he should be training everyone on the standard for customer service.

Stopped here for lunch; placed our order; paid; waited 15 minutes; asked for refund. This place is always dirty, always slow and staff is certainly not dressed for food service. We've stopped here a couple of times over the last two years on our way to Wilmington & this third time was the last - it gets worse each time.

Drive in. Asked us to pull up, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for the food. Two guys come out and start passing out bags. Ignored us. Went in and asked for our food. We were told they gave it to someone else and had no more to cook. They compensated my daughter with a free meal coupon and a Beef n Cheddar 35 minutes later.

I've been to this location many times & NEVER had an issue.
