Seems like the gentleman at the box/window was very kind and did his job well. He honestly (as a server even in fine dining) seems like he has good work ethics and does his job well. Very handsome young guy,long hair. Great attitude.

I ordered a classic beef and cheddar. They forgot 1/2 of what makes it a beef and cheddar and just excluded the cheddar unilaterally. No Arby's sauce and no cheddar. Make sure you check your order before you leave the parking lot or they're going to decide what you eat without your input.

Staff was excellent. Food was great. Drove 25 miles to eat there. Please bring Arby's to shallotte, nc.
Was unable to order here. I was asked to wait, as they were backed up inside. Waited approximately 6-7 minutes and no one got back with me, so I asked if they were still backed up. They said yes, 3 more minutes please. We waited, and still nothing so we drove away.
Whoever the kid was at the drive thru the night of Feb 6th is amazing. I hope Arby's values good employees because he should be training everyone on the standard for customer service.

Stopped here for lunch; placed our order; paid; waited 15 minutes; asked for refund. This place is always dirty, always slow and staff is certainly not dressed for food service. We've stopped here a couple of times over the last two years on our way to Wilmington & this third time was the last - it gets worse each time.
