The fries were not only barely warm, I could tell the oil needed changing. Really wish I had stopped at a different location because it was something that really put me off Arby's fries.

We stopped here on our way back home from Wilmington. We got here around 11, there were a couple of people in the lobby waiting to order/waiting on food. It turns out no one came to work today except one employee who appears to be a manager. She had to close the lobby, but she let everyone who was already here stay and dine in. She's been cooking and prepping everyone's orders and running the drive thru on her own, and she's been the absolute sweetest. The food was fresh and delicious! It seems like they're going through a lot of staffing issues at this location, but I'm thankful we stopped. The peach cobbler rolls were delicious.

Typical fast food place that I’ve been into. The food’s not ready for it to go order when you walk in the door. The employees don’t pay attention when people walk in the door and when you try and ask them a question they look at you cross eyed like they don’t speak English. You work hard for your money. Don’t give it to some corporation that doesn’t seem to give a dang.

Sandwich was so sloppy. Half the meat was outside the bread, supposed to be double meat but not there.. Fries were cold and literally half full in the container!
Arby's replied but attached some form where they basically wanted me to fill out all this information over where at the end it wouldn't send to them. Tried several times so they obviously have it where you can't send it which is their goal.

The guy at the register was pretty rude today. Completely understand he may have been having a bad day however it doesn’t need to bleed into your customers. Additionally, I was charged for two drinks when I stated twice I didn’t not want drinks. He stated “well you’re getting it anyway”. We just threw the cups away. Overall, quality of the food was great and everything was clean and in shape. Guy just really put a damper on the experience. I hope when the employees are having stressful days or are upset from outside experiences they can go take a breather and come back to it.

This Arby's is small but the customer service made a big impression on us. We ordered for a family of 4 so we had to pull in a spot and wait a bit. Didn't take long for the food to come out and the gentleman was very polite and apologized for the wait then offered us some coupons. Overall everything was great I highly recommend the turkey sandwich 🤤

I went here for lunch today for me and my dad and everything was going great I ordered my food but when I got to the drive thru window the young man that took my order I had coupons and he just sat them on the cashier counter and then charged my father's card. A young woman had to come to the window and help and she did the coupons and put the money back on my dad's card but apparently she only did one coupon. I have had no problems with this Arby's and I always stop here for lunch to get food without coupons but when people have coupons don't ignore them. I got home and my dad's sandwich wasn't even cut right, fries were cold, I never post a review but I won't be back to this location for a while. People need to stop being in a hurry and take time with each costumer. Thank you

Horrible customer service, did not get what we ordered. Manager just ignored us standing right in front of her kept yelling at a sandwich maker to come take out order. But they were to busy to do orders.
