We stopped here on our way back home from Wilmington. We got here around 11, there were a couple of people in the lobby waiting to order/waiting on food. It turns out no one came to work today except one employee who appears to be a manager. She had to close the lobby, but she let everyone who was already here stay and dine in. She's been cooking and prepping everyone's orders and running the drive thru on her own, and she's been the absolute sweetest. The food...

This Arby's is small but the customer service made a big impression on us. We ordered for a family of 4 so we had to pull in a spot and wait a bit. Didn't take long for the food to come out and the gentleman was very polite and apologized for the wait then offered us some coupons. Overall everything was great I highly recommend the turkey sandwich 🤤
