This restaurant has the worst chicken ever I stopped going there for over a year and decided to return in hopes that maybe it was better. The chicken was so horrible I could not eat it. I don't know what they season it with but the taste was indescribable!

We went here tonight to get food at 8:30 and they informed us that their grill shuts off at 8 even though they close at 10. This has happened the last few times we have gone to this restaurant. The few times we have been able to get food, it took more than 20 minutes even though we were the only ones in the drive through. The service here and work ethic is awful.

Let me start off with saying bojangles is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. Prior to moving to Leland i use to eat at my local one in Virginia multiple times a week. When i moved here i was so excited i was going to live within a mile of a Bojangles. Man was i wrong. The Bojangles in Leland has been nothing but a disappointment. In the last two years every time I’ve been my food has been very poorly cooked. It’s usually burnt but I’ve also had some chicken that was undercooked. To give an example I bought 4 chicken biscuits for breakfast one morning for my family and every one of them was not edible as in the chicken was not cooked fully. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but this establishment is to the point i consider it a danger to the community for serving dangerously cooked food.

A friend of mine went through the drive-thru to purchase a three-piece meal got the box it was all legs he asked them about five they said they was out of them do that I didn't want all legs I asked them about a breast and will it be the same price too that they was out of thighs she turned around they said they was out of breast also now I'm thinking myself why are you open 6:00 something and you're out of everything but legs
I have tried over and over to give this place a chance . I can't anymore the food is always cold or it's been sitting out for days. Short staff and I know that today's society doesn't wanna work. They have lost my business for sure! DO NOT EAT HERE!

The last two times I’ve come to this bojangles there has been no seasoning on the fries:( I usually don’t complain but that’s the main reason I come to bojangles, so it’s pretty disappointing. The staff was nice they just need to learn how to season fries.
