My wife and I ordered through the drive through and they were out of regular buns, they had some type of nasty potato bun, the person stated that they didn't have any medium fry containers, and I stated that I would take a medium fry in a large container, the cashier made a big deal about this, then I picked up my order and they didn't put cheese on the burger, so I went into to the store and told them, the cook and cashier had horrible attitudes, and I had to wait another 15 minutes, for them to fix the burger. The bun tasted like rubber after the cook must of put it in the microwave for ten minutes. This use to be a great burger King to visit, but the staff are unprofessional, and the food quality(shortage) is unbearable. the cook looked like they did something to my food purposely.

I’ll never forget, my first experience at the Burger King in Leland NC. I had the best interaction with the gentleman taking my order. He was kind, attentive and patient. I look forward to my BK visits, knowing that this employee makes every experience feel successful, as I leave with a perfect order and a smile. I had to leave a review to give this employee their flowers. I believe the receipt said his name is Rommel. if so, he is my favorite employee, Hands down. It was the worst service I've had the service horrible had to wait thirty minutes after I ordered before we got our food and then it was cold.The employees were nice but you could tell they were young and inexperienced.

Jessica helped us get our food (this was night shift) and I think she was so wonderful she definitely needs a shout out and definitely a raise! She was so impressionable, kind, and quick! To be that impressionable in a 5 min window is impressive and I appreciated her time! (Edit 4/1/25) it won’t let me write a new review but shoutout to Zoie and Julianna they were personable and kind is the drive through they were so sweet and made our night and gave us great service and food!

I ordered a breakfast meal with coffee and requested extra cream and one Splenda. I only received two little creamers and had to park to make the coffee myself. Also there were no napkins in the bag. Terrible!
Not coming back here again.
