Burney's has some very good and sweet pastries. The service is always mediocre. That's one of the reasons why I don't go that often, besides all that sugar. You can't eat that everyday.

Went around noon to order a pie for special occasion. Decided to buy couple pastries. Very poor selection. Freshness questionable. Pricey. Pie I picked up foe later that week was good but not fabulous for $16.

On Dec 17, I went in and placed and paid for an order for pick up on Dec 24 at noon. The order was for a dozen cannoli and a dozen croissants. I selected the flavors for the dozen croissants. When I went to pick up, nothing had been pulled, and some of the croissants I had selected were sold out! So no point in ordering or prepaying, if you want something specific, just go early. Really disappointed in the customer service!

So disappointedI’ve been to every burneys location and never been an hour and half before closing to be told they only have 4 left with no options to fill ones from the back.Not sure why they are open until 6 they might as well close when they “run out” on my way to another location

My friend and I went today. Ordered the glazed croissant w Bavarian cream. Sooooo fresh and delicious. We were blown away. Will get these for dessert when I have a party. I cannot recommend this place enough. Yum!!!!!

Honestly I couldn’t even speak after I left with this cake. Completely devastated with the results!! I ordered 2 weeks in advance and described the details of the cake twice. I order a hot wheels cake with cars and racing theme. Looks like a toddler decorated it. Horrible . Not to mention the lady at the counter claimed that part of my cake decor melted so I could do it myself ??! 45$ and this is what you get with this bakery. Walmart is more creative than this. Save your money folks.

croissants were okay, tasty but not the best thing ever. cupcake tasted days old, very upsetting. I was unable to finish the cupcake due to the staleness. Overall I have been disappointed with my two experiences, but I am still interested to give their cookies a chance. I hope the cookies redeem themselves.
