Completly unacceptable drive thru wait time. I could have went into a restaurant, ordered, and had food in the table quicker than I got through the drive thru here. Ridiculous.

A consistent CFA experience with good food and great service most of the time. I’ve often gotten the wrong food or missed things in my drive-thru orders. Any time they’ve messed up, they always fix it without any problems. That said, it’s one of the better local franchises in the Wilmington area. I really wish they would cook well done fries. The waffle fries are always a bit undercooked and often under salted for my personal preference.
Kid-friendliness: A great place for your kids to eat with lots of options and focus on family.

This chick fil a has 1 of the most attentive staffs I've ever seen. They actually work like a team and serve the food to customers while everyone waits in the chairs whether your getin a for here or to go order ... Don't worry they got you! ... Very sweet. It's pretty crowded in there though.

Absolutely horrible chick-fil-a. I just got my online order and it is completely wrong, just like my online order last week was. Left multiple messages, no one will call me back or bother to make this right. Bad customer service. Never puts any sauces in bags and just ignores any modifications made to an order. Again, this is the SECOND delivery order THIS WEEK they have messed up and WONT call me back or return messages

My boyfriend was eating the Mac n cheese and he found this in his food. He pulled it out of his mouth so he was almost about to swallow it. It was a piece of plastic and it poked his cheek, if it didn’t he would have swallowed it. Make sure you check your food before eating!

Most polite and efficient staff in the fast food business. Food comes quickly and hot. Restaurant is always spotless; never have to wipe down a table myself.
This has to be the slowest Chic-Fil-A I have ever been to. The people running the drive thru would rather take pictures of the sun rise than help customers. There’s no reason it should take 25 minutes when there are 5 cars in the drive thru.

chick fil a's food is always good but i came to this specific location and ive never seen worse. had to wipe my own table and bench and dry it to sit down because all tables, chairs and floors were disgusting. of course all the employees just watched me wipe it without realization that i shouldn't have had to do that. but it also smelled like throw up as soon as i walked in. wouldn't come back!
