The food and service are top notch but there are teenagers working outside in the line when it’s 64 outside during a tropical storm. This is unacceptable. I asked the nice girl “do they not give you rain jackets?” And she said she forgot hers and kind of shrugged. I’m sure as an employer it’s frustrating when teenagers forget things but come on, it’s cold and raining.
She is standing under the heater trying to get warm. There needs to be umbrellas or some sort of covering for these kids. Chick-fil-A in Leland needs to much better I’m very disappointed.

This is the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to!!!!
We ate today June 7, 2025 around 3:30 pm at the Leland Chick-Fil-A location and it was not a good experience. First the dining room was absolutely disgusting. The tables were dirty and there was trash and food under most of the tables It felt like we were in a McDonalds. We only eat fast food at Chick-Fil-A and I've never been in one that was so dirty. When our order was brought to our table it wasn't correct. My son ordered a spicy chicken deluxe which is supposed to have cheese, lettuce and tomato on it and my original Chick-Fil-A sandwich was missing from the order. When I told them that it was not correct I was told that they were out of Lettuce and Tomatoes and that they would get me my sandwich. I told the young lady that was helping us why would you sell and have my pay for a Spicy Deluxe sandwich when you don't have the ingredients to make it. I said that the cashier should have said we are out of lettuce and tomatoes. I told her I paid for the deluxe sandwich so she was nice enough to refund me for the Spicy Deluxe sandwich. This will definitely be the last time that we stop and eat at the Leland Chick-Fil-A.
