Chipotle Mexican Grill

Do not go here. All the food looked old and dried out - most of the food containers were empty with dried old food bits spilled everywhere. I asked if they had fresh white rice (since they were scraping dried rice scraps out the bottom of the rice container) and they said no despite having fresh rice at the other (window) station and using it for the person behind me. Nothing looked like it had been prepared anytime soon (I went at 2pm). The queso was thick, grainy and gelatin like - it looked like it would instantly make you feel sick if you ate it. There are far better places to spend your money.

Very disappointed experience. Not only the girl making the food wasn’t friendly at all but she wasn’t pay attention of what we were ordering so she put the wrong meat in the bowl so when I asked for the right order she didn’t even want to talk to me or listen what I wasted to say. Someone else got there and we got charged double of the amount for her mistake! We paid almost $20 for a bowl. Never again!

We ordered hard shell tacos with beef. The tacos were terrible. First the meat was like little chunks of dog food, dry and Cubed. There was little flavor to the whole meal. I would not go back.

About 80% of the time the food is good and the service is good so no complaints here. Definitely loved the brisket the most

Awesome experience. Super friendly staff. They were efficient yet friendly. They were out of Mr. Pibb but I can let that slide because the staff was so nice. One of the best fast food establishments in Leland. My two sons and I got burritos and my wife got a bowl. Everything was great.

My husband and I walked in the floor were so dirty. We went to look at the food, all the meat was dried out. Food all over the counters. They didn't greet us or nothing. Plus, know customers were in the building. I'm a business owner myself. And if this was my staff everybody would be fired. We went in on 11/8/25 @ 3:15pm. Don't EVER GO HERE TO EAT. This place need the doors closed. IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

Food is fine but tell me why you have to order online for a quesadilla?! They say it's because they don't have an option to price it on their machine. You cant just put in a custom amount or charge me for 3 waters ($3.50) or something? Yet another system where people are so reliant on technology that you, the human, can't figure it out.

I liked the food, and the service with the exception of the manager. Austin bro you have to be more mindful of the customers experience. You never know who you are serving and the impact you have on every experience.

Worst $42 spent ever in life if you are reading this save your money and go to a Wilmington location. Food was extremely spicy and found multiple jalapeños inside my bowl. The food is usually really good but the last two times has been oddly spicier than usual. Bowl was soo spicy that I wasn’t able to enjoy complaining in the app doesn’t change anything either will not be returning to this location EVER!!!!

This place needs to be torn down. I will only go to the Chiplote restaurants in Wilmington. See previous reviews from others as I have experienced nearly all of the above.
