Late night, wanted to get some food, cookout delivered in every aspect. I got the cheeseburger tray, with cajun fries and a order of cheese curds. Wow, what can I say, everything hit the spot. The burger had good flavor with the cajun fries bringing it home. The cheese curds were a nice snack to enjoy after the meal. Everything had good flavor and the service was quick. Almost immediately after ordering everyone got their food and we took it back to chow down on. I would absolutely come back for some late night eats. The price made everything absolutely worth it.

I keep saying I'm done with the Cook Out, I'll stay away for a while and keep giving them another and another chance. Well today, the seasoned fries was past salty and the pineapple shake was ice shake. Should have gone to Brusters for real ice cream.

Worst customer service I experience in a long time, I was rushed getting my order taken to only get my food. The nuggets are crispy burnt and we receive no straws. No utensils. I won’t return to this location again!

I wish negative stars was an option. Don’t eat here unless you plan on being disappointed and disgusted. Came through later in the night and ordered 4 trays. Was treated with disrespect from the moment we began ordering. Sandra in the drive through needs to realize she shouldn’t work in a fast food drive through if being a kind human isn’t on her agenda. I’ve never witnessed someone throw an adult temper tantrum the way she did. We simply ordered the same tray twice and when we asked her where the other tray was she responded “that’s what you told me” we responded with “t’s okay no worries” (because we were just going to share the trays we got instead of waiting) and she turned around and started waving her hands in the air like a crazy person. Something so small set her off immediately so I hope she is okay at home. That is no way to treat people and it was not valid what so ever. It’s sad this is the experience we had, and we will NEVER be back. BEWARE!!!!!
Went to get a late dinner, still had an hour left till they closed and this is my order of a burger cheese bites and nuggets. 5 cheese bites? Had I known they were just going to throw a few of the leftover ones in the box I would’ve ordered differently or went somewhere else all together, most of the time everything is good but the ppl working tonight obviously were just ready to go home… which I understand I work in retail but you still have to take care of your customers. Definitely going to consider other places before going back here.
