Ordered extra sauce. It looks like light sauce, can barely taste it. No garlic sauce on crust. Ordered well done, not well done. Third time calling and complaining about the order. They said last time getting refund. Will have to drive back and forth, if there's a next time, understandable. I have NEVER had an issue with Domino's on Village Road.
If you want quality pizza from Domino's, don't go to Ploof Road location. Go to Village Road.
I'm done with the bad quality at Ploof Road.
Also, the shorter, lady manager is not good.

If i could give this place a ZERO I WOULD. Came to visit on vacation out of town and was treated poorly. Female manager that could t.guve her name is very rude. Delivery driver Brandon left my food on the floor in front of my room no knock on the door. So when i opened the door to check for the pizza, it was cold and over cooked to the point the crust was hard as a brick. Even the hotel front desk confirmed that this guy was rude to them because they jad seen him 3x in one day. DON'T ORDER HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ordered my food around 12:45pm, got the notification that it had been sent out for delivery at 1:35. Mind you I live TWO MINUTES from this location.
20 minutes go by and still no food so I call and make sure the driver didn’t get confused with all the apartments and she said no, he’s on a double delivery… it came over an hour later and everything was cold and gross. I call the store back to ask what can be done about it and she just had an attitude about the whole thing. I’m pissed I wasted my free pizza on this and I doubt the ā€œcreditā€ I’ll receive will credit me my free pizza.
The only reason I’m even leaving this review is because this is the FOURTH TIME this has happened.. like come on man..

Ordered delivery from here last night. Worst mistake. They are literally less than 4 minutes away from my house and my food came COLD. Like how does that happen? If I could have I would’ve picked it up seeing how close it is. But it was ridiculous for spending almost $50 and my food came around the corner cold. I won’t be ordering from here again just disgusting. Its like they let my food sit out on purpose and than brought it.

4/26 Shitty service. Never have drivers. We had to go get our own order and to be refunded for the delivery cost they had to run the whole charge again. They ran my card TWICE . Waiting for the money to come back. No one apologized. Very rude. Sad service.

Update 4/30- tonight ..another situation where they can’t get the order to go to the correct location. They had to cancel the order and run my card twice AGAIN. Manager on duty at 7pm wouldn’t give his name or the general managers name. Very passive, nonchalant and offered a 20 ounce drink for the SEVERAL inconveniences that I’ve had. Going to talk to the general manager in person Friday since names of employees that consider themselves management are considered personal information and can’t be divulged. So sick of this place.
