Twice I've ordered from this Domino's and twice they have canceled my order due to having no driver or not enough. But instead of letting me know right away they waited an hour. I will NEVER order from this Domino's again.

If i could give this place a ZERO I WOULD. Came to visit on vacation out of town and was treated poorly. Female manager that could t.guve her name is very rude. Delivery driver Brandon left my food on the floor in front of my room no knock on the door. So when i opened the door to check for the pizza, it was cold and over cooked to the point the crust was hard as a brick. Even the hotel front desk confirmed that this guy was rude to them because they jad seen him 3x in one day. DON'T ORDER HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ordered my food around 12:45pm, got the notification that it had been sent out for delivery at 1:35. Mind you I live TWO MINUTES from this location. 20 minutes go by and still no food so I call and make sure the driver didn’t get confused with all the apartments and she said no, he’s on a double delivery… it came over an hour later and everything was cold and gross. I call the store back to ask what can be done about it and she just had an attitude about the whole thing. I’m pissed I wasted my free pizza on this and I doubt the “credit” I’ll receive will credit me my free pizza. The only reason I’m even leaving this review is because this is the FOURTH TIME this has happened.. like come on man..

Ordered delivery from here last night. Worst mistake. They are literally less than 4 minutes away from my house and my food came COLD. Like how does that happen? If I could have I would’ve picked it up seeing how close it is. But it was ridiculous for spending almost $50 and my food came around the corner cold. I won’t be ordering from here again just disgusting. Its like they let my food sit out on purpose and than brought it.

4/26 Shitty service. Never have drivers. We had to go get our own order and to be refunded for the delivery cost they had to run the whole charge again. They ran my card TWICE . Waiting for the money to come back. No one apologized. Very rude. Sad service.
Update 4/30- tonight ..another situation where they can’t get the order to go to the correct location. They had to cancel the order and run my card twice AGAIN. Manager on duty at 7pm wouldn’t give his name or the general managers name. Very passive, nonchalant and offered a 20 ounce drink for the SEVERAL inconveniences that I’ve had. Going to talk to the general manager in person Friday since names of employees that consider themselves management are considered personal information and can’t be divulged. So sick of this place.
This is the worst dominos in eastern NC. I’ve been there multiple times,idk why,guess I’m a glutton for punishment. 9.9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. Wrong toppings, wrong crust, they always “forget” to give you the sauce cups. If you have a complaint don’t even bother because they”are sorry, but they can’t help you. You may think there is a customer service rep you could talk to but, no. There is another dominos on village rd not to far from this one, trust me you are better off going to that one. Google really should have some negative stars. This store would earn a -9. My condolences to anyone unlucky enough to walk through those doors or have them come deliver their poor product.

I actually thought before writing this review that I was the only one who had my order cancelled twice because the "address was associated with the dominos on Village rd". Called after the first cancellation and the man stated he "tried to call" buuuut no he didn't. Tried ordering through the Village rd location and Dominos' website automatically corrected to this wonderful location again (:
Instead of calling, he just cancelled it again immediately. Very ignorant, horrible customer service and you all lack the ability to problem solve.
(I use my regular gmail account to write normal reviews but cheers to my secondary to rip you all a new one)

We ordered pizza and got cancelled twice . Called to notify the reason however , got hunged up twice by a gentlemen who said “their connection was acting up” . Yet yesterday it was perfectly fine . Plus they claimed our order was out of distance which we just ordered yesterday and arrived perfectly fine .
