This is the worst dominos in eastern NC. I’ve been there multiple times,idk why,guess I’m a glutton for punishment. 9.9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. Wrong toppings, wrong crust, they always “forget” to give you the sauce cups. If you have a complaint don’t even bother because they”are sorry, but they can’t help you. You may think there is a customer service rep you could talk to but, no. There is another dominos on village rd not to far from this one, trust me you are better off going to that one. Google really should have some negative stars. This store would earn a -9. My condolences to anyone unlucky enough to walk through those doors or have them come deliver their poor product.

I actually thought before writing this review that I was the only one who had my order cancelled twice because the "address was associated with the dominos on Village rd". Called after the first cancellation and the man stated he "tried to call" buuuut no he didn't. Tried ordering through the Village rd location and Dominos' website automatically corrected to this wonderful location again (:
Instead of calling, he just cancelled it again immediately. Very ignorant, horrible customer service and you all lack the ability to problem solve.
(I use my regular gmail account to write normal reviews but cheers to my secondary to rip you all a new one)

Last night I ordered a 14in Philly Steak Cheese pizza with 1 simple addition, diced tomatoes. It's in the listed additions. No diced tomatoes on my pizza.

We ordered pizza and got cancelled twice . Called to notify the reason however , got hunged up twice by a gentlemen who said “their connection was acting up” . Yet yesterday it was perfectly fine . Plus they claimed our order was out of distance which we just ordered yesterday and arrived perfectly fine .

I was given an online estimate for 17-30 minutes to get my food delivered. After an hour I called to speak to the manager and had to wait another 20 minutes before they answered the phone. The manager tells me that he doesn't have the order. He told me just to wait for the delivery, but it never arrived!

I watched the guy rearrange his self and without washing his hands start messing with chicken wings and then I watched the girl that was running the register take money and then turn around and start making parmesan bites without washing her hands or putting gloves on will never eat there again

DO NOT use this location!! I ordered 7 pizzas for my sons bday, and they only handed the lady 5 if my pizzas. She was super sweet and apologized and went to go back to get the last two pizzas. Granted this was not her fault, but I called and spoke to someone at the location and the girl over the phone said we'll she delivered the last two pizzas so... in other words I should be happy. Lol. There was im sorry for this inconvenience, ect. So everyone use the one located in Leland not this location. I have not used them before and will NOT make this mistake again. But again the driver was very sweet and apologetic! She was not the problem!
My family ordered a pizza with everything toppings garlic notts and two litter soda for $20 add another soda and brownies paid 40 $ I did not receive my brownies and called store I was told my order was filled in India. Asked to speak to manager yesterday when I placed order he said he was the manager and I didn't order the brownies he couldn't help me so tax and an extra soda coast me $20 . delivery guy showed up demanding a tip smelling of alcohol and wanted a 20$ tip he didn't have on uniform because he said another driver quit and he was called in too work. I called back today spoke with a guy and he said look up Dominos customer support and I did they said I won a gift card and all I have to do is pay a small fee for a $100 gift card. In new Hanover county we ordered pizza weekly we moved to Brunswick county 4 years ago and order normally on line yesterday Internet was down so we called in our order . which caused us too loss part of the order . missing item,$10 fo two litter Sundrop rude person who I spoke to today and yesterday and drunk delivery guy . please call another company for your local pizza.my sons birthday was yesterday and the anniversary of my dad's birthday and his passing too .it was a 40$ night mare

Saturday 6/22/24 I came into the store very late and hungry, with a 12 year old child who was also hungry. I am a social worker and I was working with the child. Jeremy was so kind. Jeremy made us pizza even though it was technically too late and gave the boy a soda. Jeremy never acted annoyed with us and made us a pizza, no questions asked. Jeremy didn’t even want to accept a tip but I left it on the counter anyway. It is acts of kindness like this that give me hope for our society. Thank you Jeremy!! You are the best and we will never forget your kindness.

Food was 3 hours late. I called and was told it was already out for delivery... it wasn't. I got a notification 10 minutes later that my food was now out for delivery that took an additional hour to arrive. Pizza came cold, one was completely squished and My sauces I paid for and ordered were no where in sight.

I ordered for delivery online. My delivery address is 5 minutes from the Ploof Road location but after the food was being prepared, a “manager” called to say that we were outside of their district and would not be able to deliver. Three weeks prior, the same location delivered to my address. Absolutely appalling customer service and inaccurate information.

The pizza was hot and ready when we arrived, which was a few minutes earlier than when the site said it would be ready. And, the young man at the register was polite, friendly and professional!
