Great subs! Soup, macaroni and cheese, and salads are delicious too, and deserts are great, especially brownie. Atmosphere is above average for fast food place, we prefer to bring home. They forgot an item in my order more than once. However, they made good when I addressed the mistake.

First time I tried this place tonight. Very good experience. The food was so good. Fresh and tasty really so much better than any other sub place I’ve tried. And the fact that they have a fantastic gluten free roll made my day. I am looking forward to trying other subs down the road.
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and have been for about 15 years. This is the first time I’ve found a place that accommodates that with a bread roll option. The gluten free roll was absolutely amazing. Soft airy and delicious. It made me so happy to be able to go out and get a sub just like anybody else.

I was given a sub with less than 1/4 cup chopped meat for a steak n cheese. It was horrible
Placed on order online. Arrived to pick it up and was informed it would be another 25 minute wait. There were 11 customers in the restaurant waiting for food. No one was eating. Everyone that came in to place an order was told it would be a 25 minute wait. 4 customers left after being told about the wait. I was told I couldn’t get a refund since I had placed my order online or I would have left too. I do not understand how it can take so long and that no one had their food. There were 4 employees behind the counter Very Poor service!!!
