Dirty, disrespectful, ghetto! My fiancé came to get me some food, as I’m pregnant. Not a good experience, the employees are overly rude. This was the second day we came and the first time was great so we wanted to give them our business. After this experience , we wanted to speak to the manager and they refused as well as the fact no one has name tags and won’t say their name. There is never ever a reason to be rude to someone giving you business when we are generally extremely friendly. I wouldn’t go back again and I don’t suggest others should either.

Yeah, so this happened. My husband ordered a Nashville hot biscuit and a chicken biscuit, both combos, from Hardee’s. He checks the bag, and he sees two biscuits and two hash browns. So, he didn’t think anything of it. But when we got home—15 minutes away, mind you—it was two rotted, smelly, stinky, putrid bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. “McScuse me?!” These things smelled like they had been incubating in a dumpster sauna. You could’ve knocked someone out with that smell.
So, my husband, being the trooper he is, drove 15 minutes back to Hardee’s because eggs will give me bowel movements, and that’s not how I planned to spend my morning. When he got to the counter, he asked the employee—who looked like they hated everything, including us—if they could fix the order. Oh, and while they were at it, reheat the hash browns because by now, they were soggy and looked like someone stepped on them, kicked them down the street, and then handed them back to us like it was fine.
Now, here’s the kicker. We politely asked if they could give us something for the inconvenience. A fresh hash brown, a coupon, maybe just a simple “our bad.” But nope. We got nothing. Just the corrected food, tossed at us like, “Take it and leave.”
This was a complete disaster. Hardee’s, you had one job, and you failed miserably. We will never be coming back. If I wanted to deal with cold, soggy hash browns and a breakfast that ruins my day, I’d stay home and make it myself.

Grabbed a burger and got back on the highway, huge mistake. Burger had what seemed like triple the amount of sauce on it, giant mess, and the worst part was the person only gave me one napkin!

Really disappointed they let go one of our Favorite employees (Sonia), She was always friendly and Happy with the customers. We were like family. My husband goes everyday. I only go on Fridays when I'm off. Alot of us regulars are dissappointed she was let go. This new, young manager (David), is now very friendly, and I have seen with my own eyes how he can be a Ahole to the other employees. The people who go often see the difference. Better make better decisions. Sonia was a great person. If not for us, we the people. You wouldn't have a business.
