There was not one single item in the bag that was correct other than it was two biscuits. Highly allergic to eggs but that's the biscuits we received. We live 25 minutes away so driving back and forth a second time didn't make sense. They have our money, and we had no breakfast.

Will never return. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two burgers. Staff was rude, didn't say anything the entire time they interacted with me and seemed to rush me out (for example: practically throwing my card back at me when I payed at the window). After receiving my food and going home I opened my bag to discover that one of my burgers looked crushed or stepped on and was missing any hamburger meat; having only a bun and mushrooms within. The other, was missing all toppings accept for lettuce and cheese and was cold. I do not recommend anybody ever order from here.

The food is consistent and the higher quality I always expect from Hardees; no complaints. Convenient location near highways and Leland shopping areas. Drive-thru service satisfactory. Not too chatty-- straight to the point, not forcefully friendly but also not rude. Efficient. I never wait long. I dine-in so I can't speak on the atmosphere. The parking lot is always desolate levels of empty when I show up-- don't be fooled, it's not the food! This is a good Hardees!

Stopped on the wayto the beach. It was 12:45. We were informed they were behind and it would be at least an hour before we got our food. 6 other people walked out when we did. That left t h e restaurant empty.

Gave it 4 stars for burger but would have gave it 10 or 15 for the tender Burger was very dry fries were not hot maybe set up but those tenders may up for all that whoever cook them did those just right soon as you bite in them omg a taste of sunshine best tenders I have ever had from Hardee's ever... I dont know who cooked them on Thursday October 9th, 2025 @ around 4:00pm but they need to give lessons...
