Really disappointed they let go one of our Favorite employees (Sonia), She was always friendly and Happy with the customers. We were like family. My husband goes everyday. I only go on Fridays when I'm off. Alot of us regulars are dissappointed she was let go. This new, young manager (David), is now very friendly, and I have seen with my own eyes how he can be a Ahole to the other employees. The people who go often see the difference. Lisa took my order this morning. I was extremely impressed with her sales skill set. She asked if I wanted to add a cinnamon rollOr something else to the order. That increases sales at this location… just her offering. Plus she had a very pleasant happy personality. Every employee needs to learn from her. She would be a great trainer or mentor. Great service and my fiance found out one of her cousins work there she has not seen in a while December 9th they gave a hard biscuit that nobody could eat could play baseball with now they will not answer their phone it's like they don't care what the customer
