Jersey Mike's Subs

I was there at 6:40 pm prime dinner time and we have our favorite sandwich. I was ordering to go, but there were about 5-6 orders on the table in front of mine. It appeared they were online orders. I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes while waiting for those orders to be filled yet only one person had arrived to get their order. Finally they’d cleared the work station to take my order and it went smoothly. I just felt put out that they were rushing to create orders for people who weren’t present. They must have had 4 people attending yet only one was creating sandwiches. The line of people waiting to have sandwiches made kept growing behind me. We will come back, but perhaps not at this time of day!

If you want a good sub with great service this is the place for you. The staff know exactly what they’re doing and treat their customers with upmost respect. I highly recommend this establishment!

Ordered a meal through the Jersey Mikes App, didn’t get an update for 90 mins and proceeded to cancel. When I called to get a refund, they basically said they were unable to do so because it goes to a 3rd party, so tough luck. Mind you, it’s the Jersey Mikes app… After wasting my money and time, nothing was offered to reconcile the issue that was made by Jersey Mikes,.

Quite expensive for what you get. $10 for regular submarine sandwich. Incredibly slow to get your meal. Atmosphere is decent. All in all, I don’t plan on coming back. You can get more for your money elsewhere. You’ll pay a lot of money for bread, vegetables, a few pieces of meat, and cheese.
