Ordered dinner tonight on the kiosk. Paid for the UPGRADED Pepsi with sweet vanilla cream. Handed empty cup. When asked about the sweet cream, was told they don’t have it. Yet… I paid EXTRA for it. No effort to refund or to make it right. Just a statement that they don’t have it. Also, paid for an extra sauce. No extra sauce.
I believe this KFC is a joke and I highly recommend not frequenting this business and giving them any money or time.

The restaurant is very clean and organized. The food I order there is pretty good almost all the time. The only thing lacking a tiny amount is the service, as it could be a bit faster.

Five stars for Christy at the counter. I was super impressed how she engaged with customers during my visit. She had a good conversation with a regular before I ordered. she talked to me like a person while I decided what I wanted. I watched her talk to more folks who were clearly regulars. One lady even showed her pictures of her grandkids while Christy cleaned up the dining area. I like to leave positive reviews for positive people. Every KFC has chicken but this is the only one with Kristy and that makes it special
