Everytime I go here I can never get what I want they are always out of something. The food be cold and you have to reheat your food Everytime. This time it was the same thing so I got two two piece white because they didn't have any dark meat. You can tell the chicken was old, it was dry. We didn't get any napkins. I'm tired of paying these prices and not satisfied with my food today is the last time I give them my hard earned money. Hardee's or church's chicken in Wilmington will get my money from here on our. KFC please start caring about the food you are giving your customers if you won't eat it don't sale it to us. I'm so disappointed 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 ui

Went to drive thru with mobile order, no ice in drink and lady had bad attitude and stuck her tongue out at me. Never going back again, this is second time had an issue with the lady in drive thru with attitude, no customer service skills whatsoever.

This was by far my best experience at a KFC. Super friendly staff. Clean restaurant.

I guess this is the new 12 piece . Looks like two tenders cut in pieces for roughly $10.00 . I think I will just go to bojangles across the road or Smithfields for chicken 2 minutes up the road for more food for less.

I didn't like the way the Mac and cheese tasted. It was too watery for me. They exchanged it for mashed potatoes and gravy. The rest of the meal was good.
If this is the future of KFC, count me OUT! I got a 3 piece with 2 sides and a drink. $13. In today’s market that might not seem that bad, but I’m almost sure they gave me a baby bird. I got a breast, a thigh, and a leg. It was 12:30 pm on a Tuesday, not busy at all, but it was the most dried out “chicken” I’ve ever had. Breast was the size of a thigh, thigh was the size of a wing, and the leg was about the size of the hot sauce pack.
