The restaurant is very clean and organized. The food I order there is pretty good almost all the time. The only thing lacking a tiny amount is the service, as it could be a bit faster.

Five stars for Christy at the counter. I was super impressed how she engaged with customers during my visit. She had a good conversation with a regular before I ordered. she talked to me like a person while I decided what I wanted. I watched her talk to more folks who were clearly regulars. One lady even showed her pictures of her grandkids while Christy cleaned up the dining area. I like to leave positive reviews for positive people. Every KFC has chicken but this is the only one with Kristy and that makes it special

I was very pleasantly surprised by the fresh atmosphere of this KFC. It is different (better) than some I've visited in Maryland where we moved from. The service was very courteous and helpful.

Honestly everything about this was terrible….my drink tasted like dish water and my famous bowl was soooo gross. Worse I’ve ever had. Staff wasn’t friendly either.

Everytime I go here I can never get what I want they are always out of something. The food be cold and you have to reheat your food Everytime. This time it was the same thing so I got two two piece white because they didn't have any dark meat. You can tell the chicken was old, it was dry. We didn't get any napkins. I'm tired of paying these prices and not satisfied with my food today is the last time I give them my hard earned money. Hardee's or church's chicken in Wilmington will get my money from here on our. KFC please start caring about the food you are giving your customers if you won't eat it don't sale it to us. I'm so disappointed 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 ui
Went to drive thru with mobile order, no ice in drink and lady had bad attitude and stuck her tongue out at me. Never going back again, this is second time had an issue with the lady in drive thru with attitude, no customer service skills whatsoever.
