Sports bar with plenty of sitting and simple bar food. I got the cheesesteak with side salad. It was a good sandwich. Salad was fresh and clean nothing fancy but did with bacon !

Had a great Valentines Day visit. Food was great. Music, once the band got the vocals volume worked out was great. Only negative, the dance floor was very small. Think about it, if more people had room to dance, they would stay longer and order more drinks and food.

The food here is always well made… but there’s a terrible moppy kinda rancid smell when you first walk in… and the service was terrible! Not just for us but for our neighbors who sat near us at the bar. They were more concerned about cleaning to make it out on time then they were the actual customers… so that was annoying because you constantly had to flag someone down. All in all… food good… service terrible. To the point where it made us not want to return. Such a shame because we live close by and I’m sure we’d be spending a fortune going there frequently… but we just can’t with that type of poor service… we can simply spend our money at other venues.

Went there 2 weeks ago and wings were slimy and had to take the skin off.
Tried again now on New Years. Got there at 5:45. Walked in and felt attacked by 3 hostess that seemed thrilled that we didn't have a reservation so they could put us down. Asked if any seats at the bar and the dark hair young lady smirked and said you can check if you like. Could have been handled better. Sorry never coming back.

First time eating here. I had the Reuben with homemade fries. Both were delicious! My hubby had the club and fries. Fries were also delicious. The club was in Texas toast, which is how it is described, however, not a traditional club sandwich, since it didn't have the slice in the middle. And as a preference, the bacon was thick hickory smoked. Just not the taste to his liking. The service was great. Our waitress, as well as itheres, kept checking on us to see if anything was needed. Will def out this place bin our return list of places to eat.

Went there for the first time this week and it was fun at first until multiple people around me was over served alcohol and ruined the night. Maybe have a conversation with the bartenders on when to stop serving people. One guy was so drunk he fell into our table and spilled our drinks(we were charged to have drinks remade). He immediately went to the bar and they gave him another drink. Later there was a woman who was obviously very intoxicated that they kept serving. She later went outside and threw up on one of our friends vehicles, came back in and was served again and later passed out in the bathroom floor. Not safe at all and someone can seriously get hurt.
Love this place and Dan is the best, great guy and helps run a great business.

Locals Tavern in Leland isn’t just a bar—it’s practically a landmark at this point, and that’s mostly thanks to **Jennifer and Amber**, the dynamic duo behind the bar. These two could probably run the entire town if they wanted to.
Jennifer mixes drinks so good you’ll swear she’s got some kind of magical certification. And Amber? She’s the hype queen of Leland—half bartender, half comedian, full-time good vibes. Together, they keep the place running smoother than I-140 at 3 a.m.
Every time I walk into Locals Tavern, they make me feel like I’m entering “Cheers,” but with stronger drinks and better-looking bartenders. If Leland ever gives out awards, Jennifer and Amber deserve their own holiday.
If you haven’t been to Locals Tavern yet, go. And if you have? Go again. **Jennifer and Amber make it the best bar in Leland—period.**
