Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful she has absolutely no place working in any sort of customer service environment I moved here a few months ago and every single time I come to this location it’s strictly for the convenience

Ordered on my app and it did not ring up app price. I asked to speak with a Mgr. She argued with me that I didn't. Even her cashier told her I did but she refused to give it to me at the app price. I asked for the home office number and she said they were just bought by a new owner. So I got my money back and I left. She was so rude. We don't ever plan on going back Even though we only live approximately 3 miles away.

Just turn around if you see this girl working. She is rude, always messes up orders, has meltdowns where coworkers have to pick up slack and has the worst customer service. I have delt with her several times and prior to her working here I have never had a problem with the quality, quickness, and customer service. I let it slide for a while because everyone has bad days and its a job dealing with the general public. Eventually you stop making excuses and hold the person accountable. Will definitely be making the effort to go somewhere else if she is working. Being kind is free

Waited 45 minutes for an order I put in in the app at 430am. Someone finally came to the intercom. Already paid for, right location, at 515am and said they switched to breakfast at 5am. WHY THE HELL CAN I STILL ORDER THE DAMN THING IF YOURE GONNA HAVE ME WAIT AND HOUR TO TELL ME YOU DONT HAVE IT???

A terrible service I don’t say it for all the workers, but if for the manager if she doesn’t feel like working that she doesn’t work, since the customers are not to blame for her mood
The place really need a manager that keeps the morale. Employees don't look happy. Yelling in the kitchen, tables were dirty and the food was served with liquid raw egg. Discussing.

Very very disappointed there was no grinch salt anywhere we went to three different places and finally decided to get our grinch meals and we bought four grand meals and a happy meal and didn’t get what we was wanting to get and very rude we didn’t even get a discount because the lady says nope you ain’t getting no discount with an attitude We called and they said that they had the whole kit when we went there they didn’t have everything n the kit And they was very rude we went multiple place to try to get the hole kit 😡😡😠😡😤 and the food was cold also 😫
