This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been too. I have had numerous bad experiences, bad service and bad food. I guess I am going to take my business elsewhere. I kept thinking it would get better but it keeps get worse.

When is this location going to get better!!! Tried to use AP to get a sandwich with a free fry.of course they rang it up and it was wrong I asked her to correct and she rang it up again and the price doubled... Clearly these people are not trained correctly... Who is the manger they need to go??

I ordered a quarter pounder and was told to please drive to space #1 and that would bring it out to me. I waited for 15 mins and nothing. I finally just drove off. It’s not worth it. If you have to want 15 mins for a burger then this place shouldn’t be in business

Food once you got it was on par with McDonald's. It's nothing to write home about. This particular interior design for a McDonald's does no favors for staff or customer. The staff is almost hidden behind an ugly yellow industrial looking rack which receives orders, ordering your food through the giant IPad like screens instead of interacting with an employee is cold and impersonal, and in no way guarantees better accuracy. When I had to walk to the actual register instead of using their computer kiosks, one of rhe loud young women seemed deeply annoyed that sje had to speak to menat first, she warmed to politeness, but while I sat in the restaurant most of the crew cackled and carried on loudly. I. Short bad design makes these new McDonald's a disappointing experience foe the customer, and isolates the staff so when they are doing more than just obeying the computer and pushing the at best average fare offered by McDonald's they are not pleased. Do not reccomend. Drive through for a hot large fry and the best Coca-Cola in the fast food industry otherwise skip entirely.

Waited 7 minutes to be waited on and that was after the people in front of me ordered. Was told to scan my reward first then began ordering. Then I was told after I ordered two ice coffees that all I could get was tea. I stood here and watched an employee make a coffee drink for the drive thru. Employee wasn't friendly. I canceled my order and went to Chick Fil A where I should have went in the first place.
Mostly kid workers yakking and cursing behind counter.

Tried to order breakfast 4 times this morning and my order got canceled every time even after tipping a large amount. No explanation or excuse. Never order from this McDonald’s for delivery they are never on it… always packed messing up orders and forget ordering online..

I have not personally eaten at this location, but I have picked up food as a delivery driver on multiple occasions. I’m not one to write reviews, but the disrespect for clients is astonishing at this location. The customer in front of me had clear mental deficits and the staff were extremely rude and dismissive towards him and told him to leave the store. There is a certain level of customer service that is expected from fast food restaurants, but this location has consistently fallen below those dramatically. Please do better.

Drive thru; Worst McDonald’s ever! Rude, snappy, not bright window service. Waiting in line 5-15 minutes. Horrible! Stay away!
Very bad customer service! Very rude people including the manager.
Made a online order and husband didn't check the bag and when he got home, we were missing a bag of fries. Didn't go back or make a call about it. Just shared a bag. Nobody wants to share a small bag of fries.
They were not busy. But they seem to always be short handed.
Got the special: 2 double cheeseburger and 2 fries.

So much for fast food. Slower than molasses in here. There’s only one person sitting down. No one manning the front area. Corporate doesn’t care so why are you giving them your hard earned money? Wise up!

I would give zero if i could. I went up the window after 2 cars had driven off. Said hello, I assumed there was something wrong, the person blasted me. A female, said don't say hello when you pull up and yelled it at me. When I tried to speak, she continued to talk over me because I was going to tell her I thought there was an issue because 2 cars had driven off. What a disgusting way to treat a customer. I drove off without ordering. I went there often for the coffee. Never again.
