If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Don't bother unless you want wrong orders and cold, stale food. Oh, and you'll wait 15 minutes for said gross food.
Workers ignored us at the register for a solid 10 minutes, this mcdonalds always has bad food anyways so we walked.

I ordered on DoorDash at 6:30pm on Saturday and didn’t receive my order till 8:30pm due to McDonalds internal problems. Then to top it off, once I received my order it was missing all the sauces. I don’t recommend this location, and if you do go here expect to wait, and check your order prior to departing!

Honestly horrible, they always somehow mess up my order. I’ve been here twice, first time they took 40+ min to bring out food after telling us to pull up to a parking spot, they walked out and the food wasn’t even ours lol.. they ended up losing our order and we had to wait another 10ish min.. do not recommend

This has got to be THE WORST McDonald's location I have ever visited, specifically the day shift hours.
My order is wrong every single time and the male manager that works those hours has a terrible attitude. I genuinely can't believe they have someone so snarky and passive-aggressive working as a manager. I feel bad for the employees working under him because if thats how he acts with customers, I'd hate to see his behavior behind closed doors. That man does not need to be in customer service or given dominion over others. Get rid of him.

Not fast. Had to wait in the food pickup parking space after ordering at the drive thru
The worst experience!!!! We used the McDonalds app and it wasn’t honored !! The manager was RUDE! Took the code but wouldn’t give me my food!!!! I’m like it’s not our issue your system doesn’t work! Made my mom buy a drink to use my app benefits…… DO BETTER!! You agreed to work there!!! So SO YOUR JOB!!!

We made an order on the app and parked in the designated spot. It took a long time (10-15 minutes) and two of out items were wrong, which we did not find out until we got home.

I go through this McDonalds almost every other morning and I get that everyone has bad days so I am usually pretty tolerable to a bit of attitude or such here and there. I also worked in the fast food industry myself so I understand that it sucks ;however, Ricky is one of the rudest people I have EVER met. EVERY morning without fail he has an attitude and is rushing me through my order like I’m the problem. I asked a very simple question and he proceeded to answer sarcastically. The entire time I’m ordering after I say anything in a snarky manner he says, “Is that it.” I have a feeling that if Ricky was fired that this McDonalds might be enjoyable.

The food is what you’d expect anywhere, but the service is absolutely abhorrent. The employees often forget items and won’t offer refunds or replacements for missing food, they take forever just to answer the drive thru, and tonight I sat in line and waited 25 minutes for them to shut off the lights and close while we were waiting at the ordering screen. After looking at other similarly unhappy reviews, I won’t be going here again.

I almost gave this store a 3 star with a miscommunication on the mobile app, but the manager jumped in immediately and did everything with a smile.

This particular McDonald's location has consistently been one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. Nearly every time I’ve used the drive-thru, my order has either been incorrect, missing items, or the food has been cold.
This morning was the final straw. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, only to get home and find the bagel had nothing on it—literally just bread. I called the store, hoping to resolve the issue, but the person who answered was incredibly rude. I explained the situation and mentioned that I wasn’t going to drive 15 minutes back right away but could possibly stop by later while in town to get a replacement or credit. Instead of helping, the employee simply hung up on me.
This level of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Great food great stuff really clean place nice atmosphere good for parties great place for kids very clean bathrooms I would definitely recommend you stop in if you want to do a birthday party or get together with friends it's a great place for that
